We all would love to experience tab 4 launcher on our galaxy tab especially its dock style ! I mean it would be a real revolution !! The tab 4 weather widget would only add to its glory !?

today i used my friends samsung grand 2 duos and it had a weather widget with a unlock animation.I quite liked it so plz can anyone tell me where can i get that weather widget with the animation as that of grand 2.
And also it had a awesome locksreen also with the flare thing.
plz tell me how can i get that also.
