Request Stagefright Patch for 4.4.4 ROM - Moto G Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Stagefright is solved with last 5.1 custom rom , but i think that 4.4.4 rom is better than 5.1 for moto g , than i want ask if someone can update a kitkat rom with patch to solve Stagefright ?
Sorry for my bad english

Stage fright only appeared in 5.1 so you don't need it for kitkat

Stagefright is a remotely exploitable software bug that affects versions 2.2 ("Froyo") and newer of the Android operating system..

I second this request. It would be great to have 4.4.4 patched again Stagefright.

How to revert back to Kitkat?

As usual i was on 4,4,4 Moto but then i flashed GPE 4.4.4 then updated to Lolipop, now i want to go back to motorola and is this ever going to be possible without facing the consequence some people have faced already? A brick? Is this currently available? Is there an update from motorola coming, such as the 5.0.2 Lolipop update?
Lollipop 4.4.4? haha If you updated to 5.0 the boot loader has been updated, and there will be some bugs when you downgrade like a line going down the screen sometimes.

I sucesfully converted to Kitkat 4.4.4 GPE, however, is it possible to flash Moto 4.4.4 with the Lolipop 41.18 bootloader ? I dont want to break the phone but i really hate GPE!
I tried and got 4.4.4 stock but you got some bugs, a little bugs, no brick.

Manual update to lollipop [MDM] or non OTA way

Guys there are some sim related issues.. Which lots of people face while lots of others don't..
My guess is something related to flashing soak test Ota..
So this time I want to manual update to make sure this
Was there a single manual update(not incremental like 4.3 - > 4.4.2 - > 4.4.4) for 4.4.4 through mdm or any other way..
So should I wait for 5.0.2 manual update.. Or get 4.4.2 from firmware mdf site then use Ota 5.0.2

TWRP on Galaxy E5 with Android KitKat 4.4 (SM-E500M)

Hi
I've read this post where I can download a TWRP build for SM-E500H with Android 5.1.1 and it says it has been tested with SM-E500M successfully.
I have a SM-E500M but with KitKat 4.4 Installed (Lollipop hasn't officially arrived for my device and I don't want to install Indian or Russian update since I don't know if it will break something).
Does anyone know if there is a chance that it will work with my device without loosing my data?.
I'm not interested in rooting my device, I only want to install TWRP.
I thank you for your time. :good:

[Completed] Lenovo A7000 update from Lollipop 5.0 to 5.1

A couple of hours ago, I downgraded my Lenovo A7000-a From Android Marshmallow ( can't remember what version it was cause it was hell of a **** ) to Lollipop stock Android version 5.0, Baseband version( A7000.ROW.V15,2015/11/27 ), Build number ( A7000-a_s153_151127_ROW ) as described in the ( Device information ). The reason for that is that Marshmallow is a **** garbage and made my phone ****, laggy and the UI was full of bugs. When I bought my phone out of the box was Lollipop 5.0 and I got update from Lenovo in the system update to 5.1 Lollipop - Before the Marshmallow was officially released in the system update - and just until the official update for Marshmallow came out, and I wish I had not updated it.
I used the SP Flashtool and the version found on this Link : https://cloud.mail.ru/public/HiQB/FY5XGcn89 . Everything went fine and I was able to downgrade to 5.0. The thing is, I want to update to 5.1 ( the most stable version, and avoid the ****ing Vibe **** UI ) and the update I have in the system update of the device is directly to the **** Marshmallow and of course I want to avoid that at any cost. I have some questions about that : Will I be doing the same process ( with the SP Flashtool ) to update to 5.1, hence it is no more available in the system updates ?. and I'm not an Android geek so I do not where to find the Lollipop version 5.1 ( it is not mentioned the Lollipop version it just states like that : A7000-a_S152_150917_ROW_TO_A7000-a_S153_151127_ROW_WC1E.zip ) on this website in the OTA section : https://boycracked.com/2016/03/07/official-lenovo-a7000-stock-rom/ .
So where to find the most stable version of Lollipop 5.1 ( without the **** Vibe UI ) for Lenovo A7000-a ? and How to properly update my device from the current version 5.0 Lollipop to 5.1 Lollipop ( without loosing applications and of course without ****ing up my phone and losing it forever ), if I'm going to use the SP Flashtool ?
PS, I want to do this update because Lollipop 5.1 felt more intuitive, Not that Lollipop is bad in any way - oh God Marshmallow was the only and most ****ed up experience - , but 5.1 felt better for me.
Thank you in advance for your help
