Is there a newer driver for the the adreno 420, specifically for my note edge on T-mobile? I remember flashing a newer gpu driver on my xperia z1 and it helped performance immensely. Current driver has some issues on lollipop.

i have samsung z1 it had a tizen os .it had a lack of apps and it was crap os. i want android in that phone.can i install android os in it by flashing or some what like that.

I am using Sony Xperia T2 Ultra dual (D5322). Its config consists of:-
Chipset - Qualcomm MSM8228 Snapdragon 400
CPU - Quad-core 1.4 GHz Cortex-A7
GPU - Adreno 305
Storage - 8 GB
RAM - 1 GB RAM
Resolution - 720 x 1280 pixels (~245 ppi pixel density)
Multitouch - Upto 10 Fingers
The current OS is Android 5.1.1 Lollipop. I have reset the phone billion times. Restored it from PC companion also unlocked the bootloader and flashed Kitkat but after all this the problem remains the same. I experience a lag and hang sometimes.
I need guidance, what should i do? Should i install Windows custom Rom on this phone or Cyanogenmod? If Windows or Cyanogenmod then which version of these OS and how? Which ROM will make this device ultra smooth ?
