When i install any theme that changes the navbar, it only seems to change it for a few apps and on the homescreen. When i open other apps such as Google photos I'm shown the stock Xperia navbar but in a blown up state e.g the icons are massive.
Should these themes change the navbar for all apps?

Is there a way to change the statusbar?
I'm now using ADW Launcher, but i think i'm going to buy ADW EX Launcher.
Can i change the status bar with that launcher? (Like the Android 2.2 statusbar, with only the icons (brightness, sound, wifi, rotation), not the programs?

Do you mean notification bar or the apps at the bottom. As far as I know you can't change the notification bar unless you have rooted but the apps a long the bottom are easily changeable. +, don't waste your money with ADW, use GOlauncher.
You can change the status bar with no Laucher!

The default launcher had NavBar transparency when I updated to Android 4.4 today I notice its pure black so installed Nova Launcher and activated transparency and it doesnt do anything.
Any ideas how to fix it?
Apply some zoom into your wallpaper, it should be fixed.
Is it possible to apply an icon pack to the lockscreen of the device? It is slightly bothersome that I cannot theme the lockscreen icons but I can theme the homescreen icons.
I think Unicon might work. It applys icon packs to system wide on the device so in theory it would work
Yeah, unicon applies them to the lock screen. You need root, and xposed framework installed to run unicon.
is there a way to make translucent navbar in all apps without root.. as you can see below in the screenshot of google photos album it makes the navbar translucent.. I want this to happen in all apps anyway to do that
