Is there any way you can simultaneously charge and use your Samsung Galaxy Tab in USB OTG Host mode? Either through a custom kernal available or rom? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi,
I am using OMNI ROM [4.4.4] on my HTC ONE X and Samsung Galaxy S2.
I tried connecting my phone to many laptops and PC's but not able to do the same.
The USB Debugging mode is on.
The phone even charges but is not visible or available for Mass Storage or Transfer services.
Kindly help me for the same.

It doesn't support usb otg so you won't be able to use an USB cable

I'm about to use my p6810 as HUD in my car, so I'd like to have it boot up on charging (starting the car). I read a lot of post about how to solve this on other devices by modifying files (lpm or playlpm or ipod or whatnot) under /system/bin, unfortunately none of them are present on my device, an I cannot find an equivalent...
Could you please be so kind to put me in the right direction to solve my need?

I tried some videos on YouTube to make my device compatible with otg and it worked theortically but when i try to attach the otg it is not working..
