Dear forum,
My mother owns the galaxy note 10.1 Korean version: model m480w.
It is now broken and shows only Samsung logo during startup.
I found an firmware from sammobile.com and tried to flash it, however Odin gives an nand write error.
Can someone inform me if the galaxy note n8000 nand flash ic compatible with Korean version?
No one in our country wants to take it for repair since it is not international version, so I am trying to find the ic by myself.

I see there is some hacks and even rom for n8000 , That is ( as far as I can find ) 800$ model . Mostly sold in USA are GT-N8013 models . even Samsung official website has specs only on N8013 My questions are : How different are they ? If I try rooting n8013 with n8000 root tool , what's going to happend ?
So far the root works on both.
From what I see the only difference is that the n8000 has the gsm radio and the corresponding software support for said radio.

I recently moved to Sydney, Australia with my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 that I bought and used in Korea with model name SHW-M480K (KT).
My Question is:
Can I overwrite SW-M480K's firmware with Australian one (I'm using Vodafone USIM with SHW-M480K on Korean recent-most firmware as of August 11, 2013.
Logically thinking, I think I can do this with Odin, Australian JB firmware or custom rom with a converter for Australian Vodafone.
Can anybody help me out?
