I was looking before for root to my hisense u2 but there was no sources to do that but finally i found a Chinese forum that helped me to make root to my device (thanks to Google translate to make me understand what they talk about .
I will show you now how to do the root easily like I did :
Note: I attached the files you need to do the root.​
*FIRST YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS FOR YOUR MOBILE AND TO DO THAT YOU JUST PLUG YOUR MOBILE TO YOUR COMPUTER AND IT WILL SHOW THE DRIVERS FILE IN YOUR SCREEN,JUST CLICK AND DOWNLOAD .
*UNPLUG YOUR MOBILE FROM COMPUTER AFTER YOU DOWNLOAD THE DRIVERS(IMPORTANT).
*DOWNLOAD WDJ INSTALLER IN YOUR COMPUTER.

*IN YOUR MOBILE,GO TO (SETTING)/APPLICATIONS/DEVELOPMENT/AND CHECK(USB DEBUGGING),MAKE SURE YOU CHECK STAY AWAKE TOO.
*NOW PLUG YOUR MOBILE AGAIN TO YOUR COMPUTER.
*YOU MIGHT SEE THIS SCREEN,IF YOU SEE IT JUST CLICK (NEXT) TO DOWNLOAD WHATEVER THEY WANT.
*NOW YOU WILL SEE THIS SCREEN,JUST WAIT
*AFTER ALL THAT YOU SHOULD SEE THIS SCREEN.IF YOU SEE IT THAT MEANS YOUR PHONE CONNECTED TO THE COMPUTER CORRECTLY .
*NOW CHECK YOUR MOBILE,YOU WILL SEE AN APP STARTED AND THERE IS SOME CHINESE WORDS AND(USB WORD IN IT) JUST CLICK IT.
*NOW RUN (ROOT_TOOLS) AND CLICK RUN,IGNORE ANYTHING YOU SEE AND JUST CLICK OK,OK TO ANY SCREEN APPEARS.
*NOW CHECK YOUR MOBILE YOU WILL SEE TO APP ADDED(SUPERUSER+WDJ).
*AND NOW YOUR PHONE IS ROOTED .

I tried root another U2 and the same happened.

i don't know guys....i have latest firmware (w552.6.6.0) in u8, and it should work for u2 too, you can visit my source if you like ( www.mobileuncle.com)
you just need to be Chinese to understand it

U8 and Medion p4501 is the same mobile i will port cm 4.2 on it i think you guys can use it too..
But first of all i need to fix my build.prop permission to overcome bootloop :d not systempartition or what so ever to work with , Need cwm recovery too i will start it in couple of days with CWM recovery but my phone need to be fixed
Eidt : Can one of you guys put your U8 build.prop over here i will check for sure if U8 and Medion p4501 are the same . Specs and looks are exactly the same !

HI.i tried this method and some how my mobile is not turning on it give glitch screen earlier and now it does not show any thing so the rom is crupted i am hoping can u please create a backup of your rom and please upload it .

[TUTORIAL] Rooting the Ubislate 7Cx by DataWind

Disclaimer: I accept no responsibility if your device gets bricked in the process of rooting it, I have tried it and works perfectly on my Ubislate 7Cx.
Now as we have established the ground rules lets turn towards the method.
I have not developed the softwares used and I accept no credits as it is a complete no brainer process.
Ubislate 7Cx is the one with no camera and no wifi(Yeah, Its hard to survive without it) and costed me 3999/- rupees on March 14th.
The unit is rooted with a One click root tool called "Unlock Root"
Requirements
I) Ubislate 7Cx ( 4.0.4 )
II) Data cable
III) A Windows System
Step I Download unlock root from Here
Step II Install the application.
Step III Connect your tab to the Computer with Debugging mode one ( Settings>>Developer Options>> Dubugging On.)
Step IV Start the application, following screen will appear.

For you it will only say Ubislate 7Cx, I have edited my build prop.
Step V Click on root, it will ask you if you want to install a battery saver. It is your choice both ways rooting will proceeds.
Step VI Do Not Disconnect the device unless a pop up saying rooting complete is seen.
Step VII The device will be rooted with SuperSU
All kinds of suggestions are welcome.

Hello, i have small problem, i tried OTA update on my lenovo and now, its hardbricked.
When i connect it to pc, no led, no fastboot, adb. Only seeing QHSUSB_BULK.

Have you resolve? I have a solution for you. After a root I have delete files importante of android and the smartphone is like died.
If you go in the recovery of lenovo you can update a new firmware with a SD card. I have the file if you have necessity.

What version of lenovo is that file applicable?

I tried SD update and now my Lenovo S856 cannot boot. I would like to try another image if available.

Is there anyone in the XDA community who has access to a stock ROM for the China version of the Lenovo S856?

When I tape "reset phone" phone goes to recovery mode.
have tried all the options but nothing happens.
then I download the "Lenovo_S856_ROW_S138_141113" files and I tried on "QFIL" ,"QcomDLoader" but i didnt get any update on this phone. now I need the actual "zip" file for this phone to try on adb sideload. I don`t have the corret file. please guide on this.

Before we go ahead with the rooting procedure :

3. This guide is not the only way to root the device. But it's the only one till date and the easiest.
4. I have tried and have successfully rooted the device .
5. I am not to blame if you screw up and kill your device.
Please read up on pros , con's and risks of rooting before doing this.
Steps
1. Enable USB debugging . (If u don't know what this is then u probably shouldn't be doing this )
2. Download the attachment.(Note that I am not the developer of this app)
3. Install the apk.
4. Google will warn you of the risks (Read it) and proceed .
5. Open the app and press on the Green Button . (See attachment 2)
6. Wait till u get a Green Tick . (See attachment 1)
Done
You should now have a new app called Kinguser which basically acts as a Superuser .
Proof :
If u want sdcard write permissions install KitKat sdfix from Play Store.

My hp7 voicetab had screenlock problem. Usb debugging not checked and no data connection. I've tried to enter recovery menu but it says no command. And tried fastboot and uart but not detect in adb devices. Please help. How to factory reset and driver please...

I think there is an issue with some of the builds and the fact that we are running unsupported hardware - I believe that 10.0.14393.67 should give you working Bluetooth (but I can't confirm any other bugs as I'm currently testing it myself)
EDIT - Nope, you need to do a hard restore to get BT on .67 (but after that it does work)
