Incorrect SIM unlock code entered - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I've bought a new Galaxy S6 and was given an unlock code for it from the place I bought it. However, the code I was first given was incorrect. After contacting the shop I was given the correct code, however, apparently entering the wrong code wrong 5 times blocked the unlock process. The shop told me to go back so that they can reset the "unlock counter", but I would have to wait until Monday. Is there a way to do it by myself?
Thanks.

Invalid Unlock Code HTC Fuze

So i just got my Fuze a couple days ago and the first thing i did was call ATT and got an unlock code. I entered a Tmobile sim card, then entered the 8 digit code with the onscreen keypad. A popup shows up saying "invalid code". I entered this twice after the timeouts and still nothing. So then today i bought another code on ebay(with money back guarantee). I enter the code and get the same response "invalid code". Now i have used 3/5 tries. I am going overseas in April and would love to use this phone. I also searched many times and cant find an answer. Thanks

in the e-mail that att sent you did you verify your imei number. besides you would be better off using olipro's unlocker.

ATT did not send me an email. But the MEI on the back of the battery, box, on the phone i checked to be right. Are they supposed to send me a verification email? I got the phone off ebay new.
Also i am new to all of this, is the olipro unlocker easy to use and can use the stock rom?

i pmed him awhile ago, but ATT said that they sent an email to HTC to verify if its the right code. Which i believe is because how could MEI generate the same unlock code twice(ebay and ATT)?
"you have tried "x" times, please wait for timeout..."
AT&T tech support tells me that there is no way to get past this message after 5 attempts which were made before I got the phone, and that the phone is locked to AT&T sim cards now.
Has any one else had to circumvent this message? If so, how?
I bought this Fuze on Ebay in January, had to get it delivered to my dads place state side and he didn't get to me till this weekend.
I unfortunately already ported my Telus number to a Fido sim today before finding out that it wasnt actually unlocked... oops...
I have waited for the time out and entered the unlock code that I was given by AT&T CS to no avail. I have also attempted the code given by Fido to access the network. Again with failure, now I am at 7 attempts and cant call anyone...
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Dont enter any unlock codes for a while and then try with some other code. I got my unlock codes from TheUnlockArena which worked in the first attempt itself. You should also try there.

Need help with WIND samsung galaxy s6 network unlock code

If anyone has experience unlocking a WIND samsung galaxy s6 to use with other carriers I would appreciate it. I have purchased an unlock code for the phone but was unsuccessful in unlocking the network so I can use it on rogers.
The phone is factory restored, not rooted, and running android version 5.0.2 (product code: g920wzdaglw). I have codes for the network, provider and subprovider and tried them all without any success. I do not know how many unlock attempts the phone has remaining before its hard locked but I have tried 4 times. I also have a defreeze code.
Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere but I did not find anyone else having issues unlocking their phones except with T-mobile. I can provide any other information if that helps.
Thank you for the help.
You should go to the shop where you bought your phone and ask for assistance to unlock it. I also don't think that any XDA member or developer here can magically unlock your cellphone. They don't have 'generators' for this purpose, and if, probably it's not allowed to give any unlock codes here.
EDIT: It seems that 10 times wrong code will lock your phone. Be careful.
Thank you for the reply. The phone was purchased second hand. I did attempt to contact wind but it seems the person I spoke with could not help me but maybe I should try once more..
I do not expect xda users to know the codes for my phone. I understand the codes are in a database. However, I am curious if anyone had success unlocking their wind samsung galaxy s6 and if so was there a "different" procedure to unlock it. I am aware previous galaxy phones have slightly modified unlock methods and therefore that might be the case here for my wind samsung galaxy s6.
It is good to know that the phone has 10 unlock attempts however I may have to try reselling the phone to someone who is already on wind rather then risk hard locking the phone.
Take care.
So I was able to finally unlock my Wind samsung galaxy s6 The method was fairly simple and just required inputting the defreeze code first and then the network code.
Here is the link to xda thread where I found the instructions:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s6/help/figured-how-to-unlock-gs6-t3086911
Here is the actual procedure I followed (copied directly from the thread linked above) for those interested.
1) Restart the phone with the new SIM Card inserted
2) You should be prompted for an unlock code
3) Enter this DEFREEZE code: xxxxxxxx and press unlock
4) The phone will display “Network Unlock Request Unsuccessful”
5) Enter the NETWORK Code: XXXXXXXX and press unlock
6) Phone should display “Network Unlock Successful”

AT&T M8 - Unlock code not accepted

I have AT&T M8 with WIN10 preview for developers.
I recently ordered unlock code from eBay. Order was processed and in 15 min i got unlock code(s). Two of them to be precise.
Upon inserting T-mobile SIM phone booted up and asked me for unlock code. I typed in first code and got error "incorrect code" and same happen with second code.
I tried each code once more with no success and by that time my counter was down to 6 available tries.
Then I ordered code from different source - HTCUNLOCK.com and received only one code - identical to first one received from eBay purchase.
I decided to try my luck again and rebooted phone with T-mobile card at which point I realized (to my surprise) that unlock counter was back to 10 tries.
My question is did anyone had luck unlocking AT&T M8? What is possibility that WIN10 preview prevents proper code entry? How likely is that two totally independent sources would provide same unlock code (both of them being incorrect)?
Any help or suggestions are welcome, I just want to unlock my phone
Thanks
I sent a request directly to ATT granted the phone i refurbished after it was recycled and given to me. I got an unlock code rather quick. I used two websites prior to going to att's unlock website. One didn't give me a code yet and the other the code did not work. Looks like I'll have to work on getting my money back as the att unlock was free.. who would have thought
I unlocked my AT&T device using this link: https://www.att.com/deviceunlock/
I also ordered a code online (sim-unlock.net) and I got the same code as AT&T sent me.
Cheers, T.

Question Mck code

Hi my device is from att. I had the unlock code and it was working fine. Phone pba got fried it was repaired by Samsung, phone xame back with same imei and locked to att again.
Now the unlock code wont work. And i ended up too many time. It is asking for a mck code. Apparently att is saying they dont have it neither Samsung.
Anyone?
The MCK is the Master Code Key, which only Samsung has that for their devices.
It resets the counter for the NCK input (the Network Unlock Code), which your provider has.
It's likely that the Samsung support simply doesn't want to get involved, as they might think it could be a stolen phone.
Try providing Samsung support proof of your device purchase, next time you talk to them.

Have you find out the methods?
Hello and greetings to all of U. I am from the Netherlands and I have an issue with my Samsung GT E1190.
I tried to unlock it but after a few attempts the phone was frozen. A MCK unfreeze code is necessary to make it work again.
My provider was T-Mobile and they can't help me, so I hope that there is someone that could help me provide me the correct unlock codes and the M UNFREEZE CODE (Master code)
Who has a generator to help me or other suggestions?
Samsung GT E1190
T-mobile Netherlands
Thanks in advance for your help and efforts !
