Hi I tried Dodynoe but my phone got stock on startup logo then it has "!" this on the top. but now i fixed it but i still dont know how to root it ?

PLZZ GUYS I NEED UR HELP....i tried rooting mySAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 3 bt when it showed failed i directly removed my cable connecting mobile to my laptop. After that the mobile has stuck on recovery screen. I tried removing my battery and placing it again and rebooting but it shows the recovery page only.
WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE DEVICE AND CAN I KNOW THE WAY TO FIX IT.
Guys plzz help. Your help will be appriciated.

I have rooted it,the phone is working fine too but it does not open the boot menu.
I installed ROM manager in which it shows bootloader is unknown.

I have a tablet (HP Slate 7 2800) which i rooted and after rooting it was fine, then i rebooted the tab and its soft bricked (stuck in bootloop) and i dont have any custom recovery installed only stock recovey. PLZ! can anyone help me my tabs been sitting useless for a month.The tabs still rooted and i have adb for it installed in my PC.
WOULD SERIOSLY APPRECIATE HELP RIGHT NOW .
