Please tell me the detail information because i am doing this first time and i dont know about more related to root and unroot
recently i upgrade my mobile into lolipop and the internal memory using too much for lolipop ram
so please guide me in detail and suggest me to which rom should i used for my micromax unite 2 106
and give me the links too for easily i can download.

Ok, did it automatically detect a compatible build for you or did you have to find it in the app?
No it just gave me a warning message of unsupported device

That means there is no Cyanogenmod for your device, and I can't find any other ROMs for it either unfortunately. This is pretty common for low popularity devices such as this. You should be able to root the device though, check out this thread:

Hey guys im new to xda so pls ignore my mistakes . so going on to my problem , i wanted to root my unite 2 so i downloaded all the stuff which is required from xda thread but when i started downloading from sp flash tools i gives me error 'PMT has been changed for the rom and it must be downloaded and also some errors regarding the usb drivers of my phone i googled and downloaded many things but still no luck so guys pls assist me and guide me.
