PIE FAQ
Q. What is PIE?
A. PIE is a new way to interact with your notifications. It provides easy gesture based interaction with all your system information without taking up valuable screen space. PIE is what you see in this image.
Q. How do I access Pie?
A. Swipe your finger from the pie gravity edge (default is the bottom) toward the center of your screen. While keeping your finger on the screen, drag your finger to the desired button and release to click.
Q. My PIE doesn't look like the ones in the screenshots. I don't see the Clock or notifications.
A. Notifications work either through the status bar or PIE. If the status bar is enabled, PIE reverts to just the softkeys. To enable the full PIE experience, enable Expanded Desktop by going to Settings -> System -> Power Menu -> Expanded Desktop (Status bar hidden). Access the power menu and turn Expanded Desktop on.
Q. How do I change PIE colors?
A. Go to Settings -> Hybrid Properties -> Interface and change the Navigation bar color.
Q. Buttons or keyboard rows near the edge of my screen are nonresponsive.
A. PIE's trigger area overlay is covering the edge of your screen. Change either the Trigger Area or Pie Gravity in Settings -> System -> PIE Settings.
Q. I don't like PIE, how do I turn it off?
A. To disable PIE set Trigger Area to None in Settings -> System -> Pie Settings. Remember to disable Expanded Desktop to turn status bar on again.
ROM FAQ
Q.Do I need to do a full wipe before installing this ROM?
A. Unless coming from a previous version of PACman it is highly recommended to do a full wipe before installing. This includes coming from ParanoidAndroid ROMs.
Q.What do the settings in Hybrid Properties do?
A. ParanoidAndroid has an extensive guide to the settings at this thread: [GUIDE][PARANOIDANDROID] A Complete Compendium on ParanoidPreferences [PA-Settings] Please do not post questions related to PA Settings in this thread, they are not ROM specific and all we'll do is point you to that thread.
Q.How do I turn on the Navigation Bar??
A.To enable the NavBar open Hybrid Properties, swipe the screen to the right to peek through to the menu.
Select Interface, now set your desired NavBar size with the slider.
Q.Something isn't working. What do I do?
A.First, make sure you are running the latest stable version. Try a backup data using Titanium and do a full wipe reinstall. If the problem persists, report what it is and what triggers it so the dev can duplicate it.
Q.What is the difference between normal Gapps and PA Gapps?
A.The PA Gapps are more angled for a multi DPI setup, although I've personally had no issues with the normal Gapps
Q.Where are the Samsung features and can I use the S-pen?
A.This is an AOSP rom and therefore it doesn't have any of the Samsung apps (SNote etc) because they need the Touchwiz framework and yes you can use the Spen but its functions are very limited at the minute in time... If you want the Samsung Apps and Spen functionality don't use this rom... simple

How to install/flash rom
Yes folks SHINGERS5 here again with another how to install/flash guide this time for P.A.C rom for SGN2
This guide was made using TWRP recovery as in my opinion it offers a far greater experience and functionality than CWM.
PLease flash the ROM as stated here to ensure that you keep the best out of this build
- copy rom zip and gapps of your choice to external sdcard
- Flash TWRP RECOVERY from this thread
- Reboot into recovery by either using extended power menu on most custom roms but if on stock hold power + vol up + home button for a few secs. phone will turn off then release power button when samsung note 2 anime appears. keep hold vol up + home button till recovery boots up. also can install quickboot app from market and use that
- once in recovery choose the wipe menu and click factory reset, then cache then dalvik and finally system
- press back to9 return to main menu and click install
- TWRP enables you to flash multiple zips at once so choose PAC rom zip from external sdcard then click add more zips and choose gapps of your choice either 4.12 or latest 4.2. once zips have been added slide cursor across to install the rom+gapps.
- once finished menu will display wipe cache + dalvik so choose that and swipe across again to wipe
- once done click reboot system
- enjoy the rom and thank us for our hard work
Procedure for CWM 6.0.15
- Copy rom and gapps to root of external sdcard
- Reboot into recovery from any of the methods mentioned above
- Wipe data/factory rest
- Wipe cache
- In advanced menu wipe dalvik cache and fix permissions
- In mounts and storage format system
- Install from sdcard and choose install from external sdcard
- Choose PAC rom zip and install
- Choose gapps of your choice and install
- Wipe Cache
- WIpe dalvik cache
- Reboot system
- Enjoy

just in case anyone is curious the icons are TERSUS in play store. compatible with nova and apex. i love them and use on all my roms

Try it and remember that to get all the paranoid goodness from the rom, you will need to get paranoidpreferences.apk from a PA rom and push it to system/app or the easier method is just drop it in the zip before you flash it...

Well I've not got the Note 2, but I use this on the Galaxy Nexus and its awesome, because you have all the dpi changes that Paranoid Android is famous for and all the customisations from AOKP in Rom Control and the stability of CM10... shingers5 has tested this and he loves it (even though he wasn't sure because it was just another hybrid rom) lol
Does this Rom use the framework allowing all the s pen features?

i dont know , maybe G313H has different libs or system apps, you can try it but i dont guarantee if its working

this Rom is stable enough for daily driver :good:
First, Let me as a newbie to share my creation, that is custom rom Sandroid for Samsung Galaxy Core 2 Duos SM-G355H. Sandroid or S-Android or SA is Super Android. Why? Because the features is many more than stockROM.

*Low battery warning. When the handphone is charging in the turn on situation, and more than 20%, when you unplug the charge it then the bug is visible… just a suggestion to turn off or set disable the low battery warning Fix On Novembers Update
*When you use center clock . If there are notifications, clock will heaping by notifications Fix On Novembers Update
*Dont use L Locker change to LG Locker in setting--lockscreen--then search L style unchek all then search LG style check the top option in LG style. Fix On Septembers Update. By removing L Locker
*Use Touchwiz only because Xperia launcher make performance lag. Fix On Septembers Update. By removing Xperia Launcher

2. Know how to decompile recompile services.jar

Need Little Work : [IMPORTANT] Do the little work to be on the alert if bootloop happen soon. That are the steps..
1. Download smali that I give (Must to use apktool v1.5.2) Download Smali HERE OR HERE
2. Put services.jar that already deodex and already disable signature
3. Decompile services.jar
4. Go to com/android/server/wm/ (replace use smali that already downloaded before)
5. Recompile again and make it to be flashable.zip so that easier for the next steps and save it to external storage
How to Install? Steps to Instal
1. Download rom save it to external storage
2. Trun off handpone and go into CWM/TWRP mode
3. choose instal zip and search SandroidROM_ANI7_FINAL.zip file
4. After Finish. Then wipe cache…. DON’T WIPE DATA.
5. Then reboot
6. For the first time go into home screen certainly the systemui will force close. For settle it go to Settings--Display--visual effect--vp transitions--choose one…. Hope it not to FC again.
7. When first time rom Installed, supersu will ask for update binary, do the update binary and the steps is search the supers application then open it. The do the updating like the application instruction… when there is selection normal or twrp, choose normal... Then follow the next steps. Updating need a several minutes. Be patient and still waiting. When finish, reboot it.
8. After normal and no fc on the systemui and the supersu binary already updated… download two file (Link on below) then instal it manualy.. Don’t push it into system.
9. Let’s enjoy your Sandroid™ ROM

in my opinions it can work but do the little work on services.jar and dont forget to backup your rom before flash it

it can be resolved by going to settings/visual effects and disable low battery warning ....then change battery icon..:good:

install all update , that is can reduce drain battery.... and if you want to more efficient the battery , unchek or disable Dinamic System Bar,, because DSB eat more energy :laugh: .

2. Remove potato clock and change to clock from PAC ROM
3. Add Liquid Smooth network traffic
4. Fix DSB white on white (Clock,Signal,Network Traffic,etc)
5. Add random options on toast animation
6. Add custom color system (many text and icon you can custom the color just apply and enjoy)
7. Add Search on header setting
8. Change icon off settings
9. Change List setting to VP setting as default, specially on Visual effect
10. Add time background quick setting on expanded
12. Change battery style carbon to solid and gear to other
13. Add toast test when you choose animation
14. Add Custom running text (tap battery on expanded to change running text, and use long text dont use short text)
15. Add navigationbar options (because Im include this features, IF you want to take SCREENSHOOT use VOL DOWN + POWER)

Another AOSP rom ? I guess many will ask why I am releasing a Nougat rom at this time when there are already builds of Oreo and Pie floating around. The answer is simple. I would release those but for one problem. As of today the Bluetooth bug that prevents us from calling people via Bluetooth is still present on all LineageOS/AOSP roms for the Note 3. People that use the mobiles in their cars or with Bluetooth headsets this is a huge problem. So this rom is just for you guys. In Nougat the bug is non existent and everything works just fine. The rom is very fast, stable and filled with mods. I hope you will like and use it.

Yes, it will work.
But if XPERIA L1 is your main device don't use customs ROMs, since every SONY MTK have RIL bugs.
If you still want to use a custom ROM I would recommend you my LineageOS14.1 builds since is the most updated.
