Before a couple of days, my hardware toych buttons have broken...Dont work, but lights working...
I thought that it would be easy to enable the navbar with command qemu.hw.mainkeys=0 in build.prop..
Ive already done this...
Now the keys in screen are,
back | home | recent apps
I would like to reorder them like
recent apps | home | back
and i dont know how to do this...could you help me?
My rom is Vaderrom v5.0..

Just today get new phone Vodafone 845 it have 5 buttons.
Call | MENU | middle | Home/Back | Drop
And the problem is that....
Menu button works like call button so I have now 2 call buttons. Also the same problem is with Home and Drop button. I cant go back in apps. And this al is with official ROM from Vodafone.
well... I think the better to do is to send it to warranty...

Well, back to the topic.
As a developer (coder or what ever you call ppl creating apps) I'm trying to get a following result:

For those who don't want to bother checking out link - I want to make a "Done" button appear to the right of EditText, while in Landscape orientation and while EditText has focus (which means softkeyboard covers everything except EditText).

I quite dont get how to make that freaking "Done" button to appear in landscape mode when textbox has focus ;/.
I found answer myself: buttons appear after specifing android:imeOptions="actionDone" or android:imeOptions="actionSearch" or android:imeOptions="actionNext" ("Done","Search" and "Next" buttons). The problem was that HTC phones does not support showing those buttons in landscape orientation (I use htc phone for tests).
Anyways... is there a way to show custom button instead of "Search" or "Done" button in EditText (orientation:landscape)?
Hi all,
I have built JB for Galaxy Tab 2 7.0" from AOSP. It boots up sucessfully, looks to be working, and by disabling the physical keyboard I can get the keyboard to work on screen.
However, the bar that is usually on the bottom of the actual touch screen is missing. It contains the home button, the back button, and I think the apps button. It's hard to navigate between apps without it.
I was wondering if anyone has encountered something similar to this? Or can suggest a direction to take?

What height is it set at in ROM control ( if AOSP has one )? What dpi are you running at ?

Hi, I recently flashed the domination rom and I am liking it very much. However theres this small issue that bothers the **** outa me......
I cant find the option to disable on screen softkeys!!! D:
Anyone know how to disable the 3 on screen keys for this rom? As the g2x already has 4 keys I really dont want the screen to shrink because of the software keys there.
Please help a noob out!
Follow up question, and this HAS to be an easy one. How do I move the status bar from the bottom of the screen back to the top of the screen? I cant find it anywhere.

basically, I need to know if latest xposed fw and gravity box/xblast tools modules are working fine, I mean, at least the features I would need the most! (I read somewhere around they can installed but compatibility is not 100%).
most features I would need are:
1. centre clock + date in status bar (something like "WED 14/01 10:40" )
2. navbar edits such as adjustable navbar heigth and customazations such as long press back button to force kill a app, double tab on recents button to turn on torch, double tap on home button to make a screenshot, long-press home button to get power menu etc)
3. skip music tracks by long pressing volume buttons when phone is locked
4. volumer rocker wake
..so, can you please let me know if you could get all/some of them working in your honor 6? (If I'll get it, I'll get a H60-L04 model )
lastly, considering I am pretty sure AOSP quick toggles can't be used, is there a network mode quicktile already available in stock fw notification bar? (2g-3g fast switch toggle, as that's the toggle I need the most).
