OS support alone can do nothing. Hardware support is also needed. There is no successful otg supported kernel or rom available for yuphoria till now.

Brother, YU Yuphoria's hardware supports the OTG functionality, the only thing is the rom which doesn't supports the OTG. (YU customer support told me that it hardware wise supports the OTG.)

Bro its hardware support otg but not enough output voltage is there to work an otg. Try plugging a usb voltmeter to check whether enough voltage is there

I am using the Cyanogen OS 12.1 (based on android 5.1.1) directly from Cyanogen, not the stock rom provided with Yuphoria and I still do not see OTG support on this device. I am currently using their recent released (snapshot) build, not to be mistaken with the nightlies and do not seem to have OTG there as well. So it's must be the hardware part missing or something......

OTG doesn't support for yuphoria. And you can't do nothing about it.

Hello guys I tried my WD passport 1 TB hard disk with Karbonn tablet (stock kernel) and redmi 1s (stock kernel) and it worked in both of them.. But when i plugged it in G3 (Osprey) it didn't work. Why and how to solve this issue?

I guess this is Moto G3's kernel issue. Kernel is not drawing enough power from battery to run the harddisk. I guess only way to use HardDisk with Moto G3 is by tweaking the kernel to draw more current.

@ishubhamsingh It won't work. It only works if the Harddisk is detected by OS. The phonw isn't detecting the HDD and also the LED light on HDD is not glowing which means it's not getting power from the phone so this is a kernel related issue only.
the latest resurrection remix 5.8.0 for yu yunique has some wifi issue. when connect to another phone's hotspot it just connect & disconnect automatically....How to fix this?

Now iam using rr 5.8.2 ,all visible bugs removed ,but camera issue still present in every update, except this overall rom is very good and better than linage ..

After using 4days, I am quite happy with RR 5.8...except slowness, little lagging, and majorily slow charging /fast drain... heating issues... otherwise no issues....today MIUI 8 installed...and working fine ...but different experience...GAPPs installed, not old apps not installed...no hearing and battery issues

Try the AOSP rom!Ive been using it since a week now!it has no bugs plus the theme is awesome...Also the your problem could be solved by flashing a custom kernel! try cesium its the best out there for android 7.1 (yu yunique)

I flashed custom rom (Unofficial)validus os in my Yu yunique Plus(2gb) which have lots of issues like heating problems, network interruption , and when i connect my pendrive using OTG it thinks I am charging my mobile and unable to connect my pc via usb cable. Please tell me any solution if any.
And how to install (Official MM 6.0.1) in YU Yunique Plus using PC Full procedure.

Then flash twrp
And download dot os package and gapps
Then clear data and flash both

I came through this post and I tried the miui build on my condor p8 lite. It is smooth and looks amazing.
However there are few deal breakers:
1. When I plug the earphones the sound keeps getting out from the speaker and the earphones at the same time.
2. The notification led is not working
3. The IR blaster is not working.
Is it possible to fix these bugs please?

I do have a Condor P8 Lite, I've been searching for AGES for any kind of roms, like, anything at all.
I'm a bit skeptical about this MIUI ROM though.
I would love to see someone creating a LineageOS 15.1 or RR Rom for this device.

Well, I'm primarily involved in understanding how to resolve the bugs because it's better in MM than N to know more. So, YES, soon I'll be going to LOS14 (MM) and if have LOS14 (N) or the most likely LOS15. I have already indicated to have a PORT with AOSP N 3.18.35 kernel through the Condor ROM stock. Condor staff P6 Pro LTE has already ported and placed in the FB group. I did not put it because I did not have time to fix the camera.

I fixed camera in LOS13!!
I did more tests yesterday and found the solution. Camera works with the native 13MPx, focus from near and far are working and finally the front camera (selfie) works with the native 8MPx.
Final test to know others bugs so fix that and release file to all.....

Can you upload it? I can't install ROMs with my 3.1.1 since it doesn't decrypt the internal storage and I want to see if this one will work.
