Did u try to compare (and understand) your bootanimation with the tutorials on XDA? Probably the issue is located in the desc.txt file.

Hello there. Can somebody attach htc u12 boot animation ("powered by qualcomm snapdragon" logo)? I've been searching for it but no luck. Try to download pyrana custom rom, but the boot animation was different. Thank you.
