The Most Stable Kitkat Rom for magnus till date (01/09/2015)
first of all i would like to share that the battery bug is fixed in this rom, it gave me the same battery backup as it would have given me on stock jb rom.
according to me it is the most stable kitkat rom , bot coz of battery, but everything else is working fine, hotspot working , wifi working, camera working( with nice picture quality) ,video recording working!!, and also i like the new camera app!! it was awesome...
there were some very minor bugs like, little lag while opening clock, calender, message app.
new lollipop recent panel, simply awesome, but it requires a little more tweaking(sometimes it dosent work as desired touch).
ui is impressive, but i personally like dark theme!!
most annoying thing is that engineering mode for audio dosent work and audio is little bit low(quite low) , i tried the patch too, but the audio was still low, havent tried that dolby patch(i guess that patch might help in audio department)
rest other were very minute bugs, which will be fixed easily!!

Pls tell the battery drain during sleep time. Rite now battery drains 0.7% only when not in use means screen off with dual sim n 3g net on full time.
pls attach SS of battery usage. Eagerly waiting for ur reply.

tried the rom....really smooth and the best rom till now...the camera is really really good....will post the battery stats tomorrow....
is there any way to get the normal kitkat style recent panel??.....lollipop themed recent panel seem like it needs a bit more work.
there is some problem in the all contacts(which is accessed form the dailer app)(not the people app....)
the crt animation looks a bit different(sluggish)....i've changed it to fade now using gravity box...
overall the best kitkat based rom.... thanks alot bro!!

cm11 rom does not have deep sleep issue ...it is based on kitkat kernel...can u mayne work on it?....the problems with that rom is the low res camera and video recording isnt working....and some random reboots....

Thanks for the great rom you have provided.I have the following suggestions:
1.)battery backup is too bad every after calibration.went from 70 to 10% in just 6 hours with no wifi and data usage.just for a 5 to 6 calls max of 2 min each call.
2.)the walkman player uses a lot of RAM and when i play games like temple run 2 ,the music stucks and goes off suddenly.
3.)though smooth,but lags a lot sometimes,cant find out the reason,even lock screen goes unresponsive sometimes.
I would like to you improve upon the above mentioned and release an update soon.
There is something called the V6 supercharger by zeppelinrox.Try whether it works.

Flashing Instructions:
First Boot may take minimum of 2 minutes.. screen becomes blank after bootanimation so don't panic

If you don't like any system app plz uninstall via Titanium Backup
If you're a normal user and don't play heavy games then it is recommended to delete swap script in etc/init.d folder
Not recommended to use any other performance scripts or mods with this ROM it will only increase lags

5. Flashed CruzerMOD
6. I was previously on LegoIceFusion V2
The rom is excellent on terms of looks and performance but when i click switch to video mode in camera I get unfortunately, gallery has stopped. also the lockscreen looks little distorted (shifted towards right - but it is of not any real matter)
I flashed ROM twice and also cleared GALLERY data but still getting the stopped error.
( Amazingly, Front camera video works but not rear !!)
Also give a guide on changing the background image in settings (droid one)

New Camcorder app works flawlessly for rear camera only.
Now force closing on front camera when switched to video mode !!.

RINGTONE
Regarding the ringtone,
Inorder for the phone to ring
Goto>> Settings >> Sounds >> Select the ringtone
Due to Large size of rom, more ringtones are not included.
You you want any custom Ringtone, copy the ringtone to /system/medi/ringtones folder and apply the permissions and Reboot
After tht ,You can See the ringtones in Settings >> Sounds

i had problem in getting my contacts to sync from google account, solved by flashing gapps :good:
Pattern lock and all others working as expected :good:
root with working SU :good:
only problem i faced till now is the bug of green screen in video recording, that is still there, looking for a patch for the same.

Fantastic, fast and reliable till now.
one problem, when you go to google keyboard advances settings there is screen overlay and not able to see correctly.
prblm: language n input->google keyboard (setings icon) -> advanced settings.
Rest all working fine.
Also which mod do you suggest to apply from the mod collection app included in rom.?

btw...how I can replace the current camera on this ROM to the canvas camera....
i like canvas camera more..since it can record 720p video and the camera show 4:3 aspect ratio on the screen, it shows exactly what will the picture will come up...thanks for any advice

Dude try rejoice kernel & there are no swap files included in rom so terminal emulator will not show anything when u give command free-m & ya try flashing saurabh's scripts try it

Yeah sure
ROM is awsumn with stock features
Music fluctuation problem solved which was seen in stock also screen flickering when on auto is solved.
Smart gestures including look away pause are working great.
Battery backup is good
Default keyboard is Xperia
2 things I didn't found as mentioned in OP
greenify pre-installed and samsung themed status bar
No lags buttery smooth

I found that the colors in this rom are very dull

- cant adjust screen brightness
- no deepsleep
- no init. d support.

Thx for your answer. This is first time I encounter this issue, I have ported a tons of roms. I used porting method replacing some files and folders, then I edited updater. Script only changing partitions

XTheme Engine? Where is it in the Rom? Downloaded themes and installed them but I am unable to find XTheme.. Downloaded it from an external source but it refuses to install stating that already a version is present with a different signature. Also from xposed there is the Themes app but it has no interface. Complete stuck. What is the solution to it?

Yes I did. Using Titanium Backup I removed the Themes app completely.Then after restarting the phone the XTheme app installed smoothly. There is still a bug though.. Even if I have enabled the app using Xposed, on opening the app it shows a error. Simply press the back button once and it disappears and you are good to go.
