This goes to Q&A.
Update to cm11 it works better than cm10.2.

[Completed] [Q] Huge sound problem with my HTC One S (Ville, S4)

Hey guys,
like I said in the headline i got a huge sound problem with my HTC. Since 6 month the phone don´t want to play any kind of sound. It doesn´t matter if you want to play music, watch a video, to do a phonecall...nothing will work. The mic is broke too. So in my mind it is a software problem because a few month ago the sound worked sometimes. After I did a factory reset, everything was working but just for a few hours.
It is not just the sound...the phone can´t get any HSDPA connection. EDGE is the maximum...don´t know if there is any context.
Until now I tried a lot of things like factory reset, flashing a new rom, a new radio but nothing worked for me. (I attached my actual setup)
Anyone an idea what causes this issue? I am helpful for every answer.
best regards
-screece

Poor outbound voice quality using CM12 nightlys

Hello everyone, I recently switched to the cm12 nightlys from cm11s and I am having a pretty big problem. Since switching my outbound voice quality is so bad my phone is basically unusable. I have no problem hearing the other party but no one can hear me clearly for more than a few seconds. I found other people having the same issue on cyanogen forums but there were no answers.
Is anyone else here having this problem? Is there a solution? I would hate to have to go back to KitKat at this point. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Posted this in the wrong thread, this question goes into troubleshooting & help, not the development thread. Please see forum rules.
And search before posting. Try the mic fix mod on the forums, this has been posted a number of times. Cheers
Wrong section !

[Completed] Galaxy A8 international headphone jack port problem

Hello
I'm having a problem with my galaxy A8 international variant code SM-A800F
The problem is primarily in the headphone jack and it's primarily an audio statics, I hear some hissing and audio statics from time to time, what makes it wired is that it's only showing up in headphones with built-in mic, I tried an old apple headphones without a mic and there was no problem, the problem appear in low tones when I hit sometime the touch screen and the touch screen gives the sound I hear some statics, when I play a song that is low in tone I hear the statics as well, what makes it also weird is that the statics and the hissing sound is reduced when I rise up the volume above the level that the phone advice me not to pass it, if I open adaptive sound feature and open personalize and listen to the right side I will hear the statics in the left side and vis-versa so what's the problem?
Is it hardware or software ? The majority of the phone dealers and equipments owners who fix phones told me it's a software problem
I love the phone but this is a deal breaker to me
But what do you see is it a software or hardware problem ?
If it was a software, which one should I install that could fix it, I can't root or update the OS through Odin, as no software is available for the SM-A800F international version of the Galaxy A8
Thanks.

[Completed] bluetooth voice on call not hearing - IMACWEAR M7 AND JAWBOE ERA HEA

Hey guys,
I just bought the IMACWEAR SPARTA M7 smart watch. It runs android 4.4.2.
There is a critical problem that makes me not being able to use it.
The bluetooth call audio isn't sounding at all. Bluetooth media sounds great. Only the call sound is lacking.
I headset I was trying to opreate is JAWBONE ERA HD bluetooth headset.
I tried two other b.t devices and they work well but their sound quality isn't good enough.
The JAWBONE ERA headset is working well on couple different devices.
I tried asking my quastion on imacwear m7 thread but no answer.
I believe the problem is in the android 4.4.2 system. maybe something with b.t drivers.
Is there a forum that matches my problem?
If not, I'll need a developer to address my problem and fix it. i'm willing to pay for the service.
Appreciate any help...
Thanks.
Moshe.
