modaco: switch for galaxy s4..what are your thoughts please share!!!

Great news, was envious when I seen this on the HTC One, it will be great to change so easily between vanilla and touchwiz on the S4.

something like that , motorola (droid maxx) have it from a long time , it's time also for samsung to bring this feature to all of as
GO Samsung !!!!!!!!!!

I don't think so. I think it's only for phones with Google Edition versions because you have the same kernel for tw and ge rom.

Of course it will, just a matter of time. The Google edition s4 has already received the update and so the standard version will follow, it just takes longer for Samsung to update the Touchwiz framework. There may be an additional delay if your s4 is a carrier/network branded version.

on the modaco forum it says the ROM is only for the GSM version.
So does that mean it will or won't work on the i9505?

It has been built for the i9505, in the forum soneone asked about cdma and Paul responded with the below:
'A CDMA version isn't planned, what IS planned however is making Switch available to all ROM devs.'

Mate this is the original bootanimation i created from the s5 system dump currently no screenshots. Bit busy with porting more stuff. Try and you will surely love it. I promise i am restarting every 10 minsmy phone just to enjoy this .

Currently it works on NOTE3 both variants exynos and qualcomm . So it should be same for S4 TOO.

Just unzip the file, remove the audio folder, then re-zip and flash. Worked for me!

Do a Google search for:
"ROMs for (your model number)"
Then, if there ROMs, do like everyone else here and try several or all of the available ROMs until you find one you like.
