[Q] Problems with partitions

Hello everybody,
i have a LG Optimus One (P500) here, but I can´t install any rom (ATM no ROM is installed). My recovery is WRP v2.8.3.0-MULTI-OS2SD, but I don´t know what "OS2SD" is :-/
First, I´d like to wipe the device completely, so I selected "Wipe" in the main menu. I swiped to the right to start a factory Reset and got the following error:
E: Unable to mount "/system"
E unable to mount storage
E: Unable to mount "/data"
E: Failedd to wipe dalvik
Updating partition details...
E: Unable to mount "/data"
E: Unable to mount "/system"
MTD Formatting "cache"
Done.
Updating partition details...
E: Unable to mount "/data"
E: Unable to mount "/system"
...done
E: Unable to mount storage.
How can I fix this? I can access fastboot, if needed.
Cheers,
jacboy

Possible brick.. need assistance from a guru!

Ok so I have a asus transformer tf300t and I have been using Kat Kiss Roms for quite awhile.
I am using TWRP v2.8.1.0 and I have never had ANY issues. I was running KatKiss Lollipop 5.1.1 v29
well I was working with an app I downloaded to create a short video, anyways it crashed the tablet and started to boot but sat at the KatKiss logo for a very long time. I booted into TWRP and noticed it showed 0gb space on my internal storage. I was not able to mount or run a restore.
Here is what TWRP was showing
E: could not mount /data and unable to find crypto footer.
E: unable to mount '/data'
E: unable to recreate /data/media/folder.
Updating Partition details...
E: unable to mount '/cache'
E: unable to mount '/data'
E: unable to mount storage
E: unable to mount /data/media/during GUI startup
E: unable to mount '/cache'
Kernel does not have support for reading SELinux contexts.
E: unable to mount '/cache'
E: unable to mount '/cache'
E: unable to mount /data/media/TWRP/.twrps when trying to read settings file
E: unable to mount '/data'
MTP Enabled
E: unable to mount '/cache'
E: unable to mount '/cache'
E: unable to mount '/data'
E: unable to mount '/cache'
E: unable to mount '/data'
Is there anyway to fix this? I was searching but I wasn't sure which one to follow... and I have never attempted to recover a "bricked" tablet since it has never happened.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!

I already try to install the rom.zip but i got stuck in the bootscreen logo. Looking in different blogs and forum i try the "Change file system" method to convert from ext4 to fat and go back to ext4 but it gave me the same error.
Thank you for the time to read me and to the incoming answers that i can get from all of you.
