Hi everybody,
I bought this phone in China and I don't have some apps like Play store, Facebook etc. and I wanted to root it, does anyone have a procedure?

you need an (update.zip) file
which you have to flash in (recovery mod)...
after that your phone will be rooted....

Well,actually u didn't help me cause I already tried it and I don't need to update it, I need to root it and install everything by myself cause the phone is chinese and it doesn't allow facebook,google products etc.

I have a problem rooting this exact phone.
Download mode shows S7572ZCAMD2 and I have also tried flashing another rom I found online with Odin, but that one did not boot at all (This is stock rom).
I have tried with SuperOneClick on Win and Mac with the update.zip method, but whenever it boots into recovery, i can't flash the update.zip file since it gives me the error unknown volume path [/sdcard] and it can't see the update.zip anywhere.
If I use Odin3 to flash a custom recovery, it boots, but I can't get to recovery with the same keycombo that I use to get to Stock recovery.
Meaningg, when it booths the first time after uploading custom recovery, I remove the battery so it would not overwrite recovery. I then put it back and try to boot into recovery using Up-Home-Pwr (Stock recovery works with this combo), but all I get with custom recovery is the yellow triangle page.
Any recommendations are welcome, I've even been using Chrome to translate the chinese forums on this phone, but they are already asking for God's help.. (srsly..)

i just download the app that i like and installed it. i never use google play store to install apps because its chinese.

my problem now is how to remove the pre-installed chinese apps w/c is useless.

use root uninstaller or titanium backup to either freeze or uninstall what you don't want.
If not yet rooted look in My Android Collections under unlock and root for the right tool to root it first.

I found a method on the playfuldroid website wonder if anyone has tried it... (i can't post links yet as I'm a new user on here but a google search easily finds it)

root not working
It doesn't work with that method. I have tried famaroot, iroot, vroot. Allthough vroot is saying rooted, the root checker afterwards says no. Also tried rootgenius. All approaches didn't work

OK I was going to try that but I won't bother now.
So it seems we need a proper method, any ideas from others??
I heard ulefone was releasing a 5.1 update have you heard anything about this yet?
Also how are you getting on with wifi, mine disconnects now and again when its over 10 meters away from the router.
Other than this its a cool device!

They responded yesterday. This week will come an update for camera improvement. They are also working on 5.1 which should be released end of june.

Its good that they are responding and seem committed to the updates. Guess we need to just stay tuned here for rooting news.

You can use Kingroot. It works with almost all devices.

Root solution in testing

It seems that I have found a way to root it. Problem so far is, that I first have to flash stock rom again cause Kingroot changed my current rom, which inhibits all the actions that need to be taken.
Process that should work:
1. Go to needrom.com
2. Download Ulefone be pro root rom and SP Flash Tool
3. Follow the steps in the document
I have heard that it will work also for Ulefone be Touch.
Hope to get a positive feedback if someone is first .
I will give it a try today and tomorrow evening.

but the rom on needrom doesn't have root
it's no rooted

I am sorry to say, but to call you a Senior Member and then providing such unusefull comments doesnt't seem to work together.
So:
1. Go again to needrom and check, it's there Root + CTR ROM for Be Pure. I found someone who tried it on Be Touch and it worked
2. Give it a try
3. Feedback if it worked for you AND if not, WHYit didn't work and report which one you used and how

I tried Kingroot, VRoot and this Be Pro recovery & root http://www.needrom.com/download/root-ctr-recovery-lollipop-20150529/ . These didnt work to me.
I unpacked that Be Pro recovery image and mixed it with Be Touch stock recovery image and repacked that. Also modified stock Be Touch boot.img.
Now i have working Carliv Touch Recovery and root in Be Touch. I upload those when i get home from work.

Unfortunately I have some issues as I have tried to root first with Kingroot. It changed some system files and now I am not able to flash stock rom.
I have to solve that first and its quiet hard to do: see separate topic "Help needed Ulefone Be Touch".
If someone knows how to create a checksum.ini file that would be great.

Your method don't work with the last update, got an error when trying to flash the boot and recovery.

Rooting Huawei Y5-II CUN-U29(and all versions) easily

This is a guide on rooting Huawei Y5-II(the version i have is CUN-U29)but it works for all versions
For this you need kingroot apk version 4.9.6(latest) you can get that from apk mirror or googling it
To start this of i don't have my phone right now it is being fixed so i can't send screenshots and stuff
Ok,now for the rooting part you just install kingroot apk(if it didnt work for you before install it again and if you get something saying it denied installation of kingroot just tap the arrow and tap install anyway)open kingroot app then tap on try to root and it should work:fingers-crossed: if it doesnt though there is a solution,go to settings>apps>kingroot>clear data then try again and it should work
I made this thread because no one else on the internet wasn't caring about this phone's development and i hope someone uploads it's dload file(CUN-U29) Good Luck all!!:fingers-crossed:

Yesterday i tried to port and flash a custom recovery, which i ported myself , all went well but the recovery turned out to be more than 6 MB , so i couldn't flast it via SPFT. Then i tried to flash it via MobileUncle MTK tool , flashing went well but the phone never woke up. So guys if you do own same verson (CUN-U29) than please share stock firlware files with me , ypu can make one using MTK droid tools , please help me

Its legit coz it is from huawei official site... But i couldn't test it since my phone is not broken..

How to install Google Play Store at Huawei Enjoy 7plus (TRT-ALOOA)

I bought Huawei Enjoy 7 plus （华为畅享7plus) in Beijing and brought it to my country. When I reached my country, I installed Google Play Store, the system informed that Play Store could not run without Core GMS Package. I installed Core GMS but it was not successful.
Current Android version is 7.0; EMUI version 5.1
Please advise how to install Google Play Store.

You must root the phone then install opengapps appliction then proceed with the installation proccess

seems there is a chiense made twrp im digging for it to give it for you

you wont have to root, just install gapps using recovery
What you have to do first is to unlock bootloader
do some googling
after unlocking bootloader (it does a factory reset please backup important info

There's also an option to change from chinese to english after installing the recovery.

Hi, I have the same problem. Spent days but could not install google play store. need gms package. still.not working.

There's a GMS Core installer available on One Drive. It does work for some Huawei devices without rooting. I hope it would also support your Enjoy 7.

I got up to the TWRP but then problems began to arise. I tried to install Gapps stock but the file was too large and so I used mini but ended up in a bootloop. That's just me though, some may have better luck

Hi, I'm using the google translator for this. My story is this before this year. I used Virtual Xposed, this is an application that is used to clone applications. Yes, specifically the ROM ReHybrid uploaded to XDA and Rami Rodriguez

No permissions = no root
installing supersu apk is not the same.
Copying su binary without installing is not the same.
Been a while but chainfire maker of supersu used to host a script with binary and apk that you could sideload.
