INSTRUCTIONS TO FLASH THIS ROM
Reflash firmware with Flashtool but change recovery directory to TWRP (otherwise, you will lose your recovery! LOSE RECOVERY...!)
Backup IMEI by anyway [MobileUncle or NVRam TOOL]
Wipe cache, Dalvik cache, data, system
Flash the ROM
Flash GApps
Restore IMEI

The ROM is very sluggish, after installation of 5-7 apps phone runs out of storage and apps could not be moved to SDCARD.
The phone starts freezing. This is problem with every ROM you posted. Please fix these issues.
