can i update my ultra to 4.4 ?

hi all
i bught droid ultra limited unlock gsm from ebay / and now it work perfect in my carrier in my country . in asia
i have quastiones :
phone is for ever gsm unlock ?
can i update to android 4.4 ?
is this possible to phone be locked again after update new rom ?
please help me . i affried to update or change my rom :

Since I flash my Moto G XT1033 in Lolipop5.0 Brasil , I don't see those 2 icons anymore on status bar. However my mobile network is hspa+:15
Previously with KK 4.4.4 Asia retail, they were enable.
What about it for you ?

Hello Friend ... i have an issue ... i got moto G xt 1045 .. ( peregrine)
on stock boot loader... Updated to 5.1 Lollipop
the issue is that there is no official release of Motorola phones here .. i bought this phone from Dubai ..
This is retail us ... n am in now Pakistan .. using ZONG cm PAK network ... 2g basically
the phone it self drops signals every time .. i changed mode to 2g or 3g not doesn't work...
any solution like base change etc .. will be appreciated

I am having ..some problem in my lg g pro 2 korean version .....i cant connect 3g network in Bangladesh ...plz help me how can i connect

im using moto g 2nd gen (3g version) since moto g2 4g version is also there in market. I just want to know that if i flash a rom of motog2 4g version in motog2 3g version than would it work. Since all specs for 3g and 4g version is same, only the difference in network. i just want to know would work or not.

No , you can`t flash a rom from a device to another , don`t play with this , you may brick it , chipsets are different , GPU are different , be careful
