Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
You didn't mention which device you have but since I see you already posted in the Samsung Galaxy Note GT-N7000 forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2364252, I suggest you simply ask your questions in that forum where members familiar with your device might be able to best advise you. You could also ask wherever your ROM is supported if it is coming from XDA. Please be patient and give the experts plenty of time to respond.
Good luck!

We can't provide technical support here on XDA Assist, only try to point you in the right direction. If there is no forum specifically for your device, try posting with all relevant details in the general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help but make sure you mention which device you are using, not just that it has the Mediatek MT6592. I see quite few threads dealing with your SoC at http://forum.xda-developers.com/sitesearch.php?q=mt6592 but you'll have to narrow that down to the device and ROM you are using.
Once again, good luck!

Hi,
The best way to find help would be to register on XDA and ask for help in the rom thread.

Where ever you downloaded the rom from, is the place to post for help. If it wasn't on XDA... Then no one here can help.
Thank you. Thread closed.
So I was looking at this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2785089[1] ) Since my phone was softbricked and was wondering if this would work because I need to reinstall lolipop! If this isnt a good way please help me another! btw my mom has the same phone could I put her files on my phone?
Hi thank you for using XDA Assist. You've been busy with your device, http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/xda-assist/softbricked-lgg3-files-gone-t3139286. First, you don't want to flash files from another device to yours. It does sound like you want to return your device to stock and see if that solves your problem. The link you provided is the place to start. If you have questions ask in that thread. They are the experts on your device.

Hello, recently I have ported a new rom for my xolo omega 5.0 and when i went to install it on my device using twrp recovery it is only showing me a red 'failed' error message and 'updating partition details'. I want to know where is the problem, whether it is in my recovery or whether in the ported rom.

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist There is no forum specifically for the Xolo Omega 5.0 at this time but you may want to ask your question with all relevant details in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help, as suggested in response to your previous Assist thread at http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/xda-assist/xolo-omega-5-0-bugs-t3150622. Hi, thank u for your help I got the workaround of the problem yesterday evening. It was a very stupid error that i made. BTW are u a proper developer? And can u help me porting roms? Recently i have ported the official gionee s5.5 official rom for my device but it gets stuck on bootloop and always blinking. My original bootloader shows up of XOLO and then the screen starts flickering with android text.

Hi
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
Flashing a rom developed for another model can brick your device. You can still try to return to stock thanks to this toolkit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2052779
If something isn't clear enough please feel free to post your questions in the Q&A forum of your device: http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-note-2-att/help
Good luck!

Thanks for the advice. I fixed it a few days ago by flashing a stock rom using Odin. I forgot to update this but the advice is much appreciated.

Hi, Thanks for using XDA assist.
It looks like there is no dedicated forum for your device, however
There is a general forum for android here http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where you can try to ask to get expert's help.
Good luck
