Download the kingo root for Windows or any other machine. (google it)
Install kingo root and you machine.
Connect your tablet to you computer.
On the tablet activate developer mode (kango can show you how in case you don't know).
Make sure that the usb driver are installed (in device manager).
Start kango root and follow the instructions.
Wait until the program finished and do not disconnect the cable.
After the program is done root is enabled on the tablet.
Now some small things. Install following programs from the play store. Kingo root, SuperSU, Rootchecker.
Activate SuperSU.
Check root with Rootchecker.

How to root your Tablet

Hi, guys! I saw a really wonderful post by MrTasselhof for rooting your tablet easily. You may see it from herehttp://www.slatedroid.com/topic/34442-root-window-n90-dual-core-ii-how-to-root/
Or I repeat the post here:
I used Moborobo and superoneclick to root my n90, http://www.moborobo.com/ give a go.
I can confirm that this method works for rooting the device.
The instructions are VERY simple.
1) Link: Download Moborobo
2) Download this modified SuperOneClick - Short Fuse
3) Install Moborobo and open it
4) Make sure USB Debugging is enabled on your tablet (Settings --> Developer Options)
5) Connect your Window N90 Dual Core tablet to your PC
6) Wait for Moborobo to see the device
7) Extract the contents of SuperOneClick
8) Run SuperOneClick.exe
9) Click on Root
10) Click on Yes (it says device is already rooted do you wish to continue)
That's it... you are all done and ROOTED!

[Completed] 2015 Updated Kyocera Event Root Tutorial 100%

So after trying multiple times to root this device with Poot.debug SuperSU would not function properly and root checker would not verify I had root.... I recently came across a new root program when rooting my chinese tablet and figured I would give it a final shot and guess what it finally worked! It's very simple all that it requires is a Windows PC, The devices drivers, and the program: "Kingo Root," Just search it on google.
Make sure the device has USB Debugging enabled and connect it to your PC after opening KingoRoot... It'll take a minute or two for the program to connect to the device but once it recognizes the device just click "root" wait a minute while it gathers the scripts and installs the SU Binary onto the device.. Wallah after root is successfully completed disconnect the device, reboot it, and there should be "Kingo Root's" own version of SuperUser installed.... Everything has been working since then and I've managed to install SuperUser from ChainsDD over Kingo's Superuser so I could update the SU binary to a more stable release and a better GUI interface.... Have Fun!!!
XDA Assist is not the correct section to post this info in.
Please re-post in the device specific section.
