Upgrade to 5.1.1 from rooted version 5.0.2 - Galaxy S6 Edge G925F - Galaxy S6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello All,
I'm using rooted version 5.0.2 rooted with pingpong. My question is, shell i upgrade 5.0.2 to 5.1.1 or not?
If Yes, what method i shell use to root? Is there any advantage of having 5.1.1?
Thanks in advance...

I would upgrade to 5.1.1 because it brings some fixes and features. But if you are waiting for a fix for the ram issue than you will be disappointed.
Upgrade is always the easy way with a official firmware flash with odin and root again. But there is no root method without tripping know on 5.1.1 (as far as I know).
So it's your decision

Thanks @ XxM4tzexX,
My main concern was Ram and Knox tripping, it sounds like I should wait until there is rooting method without tripping Knox.

No. The Note Edge was released with 4.4.4. Getting it on 4.4.2 would require flashing a custom ROM which defeats the purpose of trying to keep KNOX.

Android 7.0 is not available yet. On the other hand you can easily update your phone to 6.0.1 by downloading the new firmware from Sammobile.com and then flashing it using odin but you'll have to re-root your phone again.
Thank you both for the input, but I found this

I don't have to re-root or go back to stock.
Thanks though
