Problems with sim card
Hello, i have a big problem, i bought an used droid mini and i imported the phone to mexico, it came with a verizon sim card, and reads the verizon sim, but when i put a local sim doesn't read the sim card, i talked with verizon support and they told me that droid mini is factory unlocked for global gsm, the sim card that i inserted in the droid mini i use the same sim card in a droid maxx, could someone help me to find why the droid mini don't read local sim cards? i noticed that in settings below the imei appears an iccid part, and in my droid maxx below the imei says imei sv
if someone could help me i would appreciate it
i tried restarting the phone, factory reset, flash again the software and restarting with the local sim inserted

No sé si esto te sirva, pero hasta donde sé los teléfonos Verizon a partir de 2013 o 2014 todos vienen desbloqueador por SIM. A mi me robaron mi LG G2 AT&T liberado que compre en EUA hace un año y lo use hasta finales de Junio con mi sim aquí en Venezuela. Hace una semana, mi cuñado me envió un Droid Maxx desde Nueva york y no tuve que hacerle absoslutamente nada para poder usar mi SIM de aquí, solo recortala porque este usa nano y el G2 usaba micro. ¿Has probado otra sim u otra sim de otro operador? quizas tengas algun otro problema

gracias por tu respuesta, mi problema reside en que yo tengo un maxx de uso normal, y compre el mini para regalo, pero cuando le puse la sim que tengo en el max al mini para probarlo, este no lo lee, osea, ya se que esa sim si funciona con esos telefonos pero no lo lee de ninguna manera
Trata poniendo al droid mini en modo global en la configuracion de tipo de red preferido.

A okk. Si yo quise comorarme una con 3g pero la verdad tenia esa duda y pues la verdad que te puedo decir que estoy feliz con la z604. Estate pendiente aqui en los foros o en google de ver como puedes prender de nuevo el modem(me imagino que para hacer cualquier actualizacion de este tipo necesitas root) y al parecer el dia de mañana liberan una actualizacion, aunque he estado leyendo y dicen que quizas no pase. Pero checalo y comentas de todas formas. Un saludo paisano

Bueno verán eh comprado/cambiado un celular mio de claro con una chica pero su celular es de movistar el lio es que cuando me fui a liberarlo me dijeron que el celular ya fue liberado y que la señal de claro fue bloqueada, eh consultado varios "tecnicos" en mi ciudad y todos me dicen que no pueden hacer nada.. Queria saber si alguien por aca sabe de esto o me puede ayudar diciéndome un lugar donde siempre SI puedan arreglar ese detalle...
Indagando encontre este codigo : #073887* ... El cual hace que me pida PIN DESBLOQUEO DE RED SIM ... si de algo ayuda para que me apoyen.
Me iría a claro pero no tengo boleta ni recibo y no quiero que me lo decomisen obviamente, espero que me puedan ayudar, gracias de antemano.
OBS: Movistar funciona normal, cuando pongo el chip de claro me sale un aviso al inicio y pues las lineas de la señal están nulas creo que le llaman "Banda Negativa".

Compre mi honor 6 a un particular hace varios meses. Me he puesto en contacto con la página de soporte técnico de hihonor para preguntar por la versión que trae mi honor que es la V100R001C00B103. Me vino en una caja blanca, por la parte de atrás viene que es el modelo H60L04, en ajustes igual, el hisuite me detecta la versión sin problemas, el imei está correcto. Mi cuestión es que tengo android 4.4.2 y estoy intentando averiguar cuál es la actualización que me correspondería, pero para ello quisiera saber ¿a qué región pertenece mi honor6?. Por el modelo es el europeo y es de una sola sim. También me gustaría saber que bandas 4g utiliza mi modelo. Vivo en Andalucia España, y en principio me coge y funciona bien la red 4g, pero quisiera saber que bandas de frecuencia usa mi modelo. Y me repito, quiero averiguar ¿cuál es la región de mi honor 6? Espero que puedan resolver mis dudas, ya que no he sido por ahora capaz de averiguar más información acerca de mi modelo. Saludos y muchas gracias a todos por vuestra ayuda.

Hola buenas, resulta que el otro día entraron a robar a casa de mis padres... Por suerte no pasó nada, pero se llevaron 2 móviles y un portátil y algunas cosas más...
Me gustaría saber pues la compañía de seguro me pidió los imei de los teléfonos, y bien, resulta que uno lo sacó por puntos en movistar y si se su número de imei. Pero el segundo teléfono no estoy seguro del imei pues fue un teléfono q era mio y lo compre en segunda mano.
Tengo un imei y mi duda es que el teléfono cuando lo compre ya tenía otro igual y no se q imei es si de uno u otro.
Y por otro lado no se si yo podré llamar a la compañía y darle de baja, ya q no están a mi nombre....
Bueno si me podéis resolver la duda lo agradecería pues el seguro esta esperando.

Hola... Tengo un Huawei P30 ELE-L04 (C25) es de operadora Claro aunque ya está liberado pues lo puedo usar con cualquier otra SIM o Chip. Mi duda es la siguiente. Hay forma de cambiarle la región y ponerle rom stock ya que revise y la operadora Claro no ah liberado actualización para este modelo desde el 2020 pues parece que lo abandonaron. Hay forma de hacer el cambio?
