Could anyone help me?
I can not transfer files from my computer to the Micro SD of LG G Flex 2 through a USB cable. The transfer begins but halfway to appears the message: "device has been disconnected." I have android 5.1.1.
Try a different USB cable or a different USB port on your computer.

my htc touch2 is not being detected by my PC when connected to the usb port. The phone is getting charged but not being detected. I am out of warranty. Do I have any options other than replacing the usb port of my phone which I feel is not worth it? Can I connect my phone to the pc to transfer files via wifi? Is there a way to flash the ROM?
Thanks
I had the same problem
You need to disable "fast data synchronization" in settings-connections-USBtoPC

USB Cable
i know why cuz its not the htc E-USB (Extended USB) cable
but for the regular Mini USB it just charge the mobile but not reading its all data.
the E-USB cable comes with our device package.
check the usb cables here ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/USB#Mini_and_Micro_connectors )
Hey guyz, i have been facing a weird problem lately....my PC recognises my phone through USB only once.Once i mount USB i cannot mount it again i.e i dont get usb connected notification when i connect the second time. I have to reboot my phone or mount SD through cwm recovery to access my SD card on PC.I have tried both the usb ports at the back of the cabinet and also my USB hub but none of them work.
please help
Thank you.
try enabling/disabling USB debugging
second:- install the drivers again
please help, I can not connect my phone to pc as usb mass storage (also with LG pc suite). when I connect usb cable and select turn on usb mass storage my pc is doing nothing, no driver installation, no do what? message and nothing new mounted in "my computer" ... knows anyone what do I have to do? please help ... ( lg p500, gingerDX v0.29, cwm)
I m also having this problem it seems that phones usb port is damaged or some problem with cable
Try to connet usb mass storage into recovery so might get to know that it is a software or hardware problem
Sent from my LG-P690 using xda premium
I have already tried it. Nothing :/ is there any way to fix this?
Install the new LG USB driver. No need of any suite. Check cable and ports.
It will work.

Thank you very much. It works now almost perfectly but for copying files to sd is it enough.
I have gone through the storage settings and found an option for External USB Storage. then I bought a OTG Cable and bingo, it works.:victory:
Just connect the OTG cable to your phone then insert the USB drive and it will be connected automatically. :fingers-crossed:
