i have a samsung galaxy sm-j100mu... and it seems to be locked to my network in the bahamas btc....I was following a tutorial on rotting it but not am stuck on the logo screen and it wont go any further.. I ave been trying to find the firmware to reflash the original firmware back to it with no joy is there any way i can get it back working.. When i first got it an it turned on i was getting the btc logo as it boots up so am guessing after rying to root it it screwed it up

Okay so I just bought this phone from craigslist. It was rooted when I got it. I factory reset the data but then restarted the phone and got stuck in a boot loop. So, I decided to unroot it and put it back to it's original state. I downloaded the original stock kernal - acs-eb30-stock-kernal-pulled.tar - and I loaded it on via Odin. I then followed the command prompt steps to fully unroot the phone and it was successful. I'm not stuck in a boot loop anymore however I can't access the main home page, the settings, get a wifi connection, anything really. It just keeps asking me to put in my google account settings but I can't connect to wifi. I can't get to the home screen page. It's almost like maybe that was the wrong kernal? I was looking for the stock kernal and people were saying it's EG30 not EB30. Any suggestions?
hi got my galaxy s5 model SM-900F from overseas it was a open phone and i rooted it. After a week it just shutdown and when i start it up it display all grey on the screen. It wont let you see the SAMSUNG logo with the powered by ANDROID screen. But i tried to push the volume key down it let me pass that all grey screen and lead me to the home screen but then after a few minutes it would freeze and become unresponsive. Tried to wipe/factory reset it on the recovery mode still same, also tried to flash the original firmware of the phone that i downloaded on sammobile website still have same issue. the all out grey screen when you turn it on the 1st time. Can someone help pls as i get frustrated on this. btw im in nz and the firmware my phone used was on the hk.. thanks appreciate ur reply..

I got my S7 (930F) today. I went through the 1st time setup and evrythin went smooth until my phone decided to reboot and got stuck in some kind of reboot loop.
As i searched google i read that i was no uncommon problem with samsung devices so i tried some of the things suggested (factory reset/cache whipe) .. nothing worked.
It just tried to boot, loaded my carrier homescreen for a second and went back to the Samsung Galaxy S7 powered by android screen and would do tht over and over.
So i tried to do a firmware update via Kies , looked like it worked but still ... wouldnt boot after.
Maybe the best way would have been to return it to my carrier and get a replace but since i am little bit techy i decided to search some more.
So i ended up flashin

this firmware (found on sammobile) via ODIN 3.10.7 and everything worked but still no boot , still stuck on the Samsung Galaxy S7 screen.
Did i total brick my phone? What else can i do?

After rooting my phone it got stuck on the model name screen. So I downloaded a stock version and when I went to the odin mode to download the stock version the screen went black for a second an then it brought me back into the same screen. I tried getting it into recovery mode it did not respond at all. PLease i really need help, I've searched everywhere to find a way to solve this but i couldn't find anything.

So,i bought this phone from other sellers,i i bought some used screen and used motherboard and other stuff and put it together
the led was fashing blue,but when i put new screen,i broke that led,so i dont know if it still has that problem.
i managed to boot it up somehow,and it was on android m official.All the time apps were crashing and it was restarting 28745 time a day..i read online that most of the s6 edge devices had this bug with android m,so i decided to flash original android n with odin.And nothing happens,i select ap file,it installs,but i am stuck at logo,and in recovery i get this dm verity error no single sku appi 3..
Just to clarify smth,i once managed to boot it in welcoming screen and i couldnt pass it because samsung keyoard kept closing and failing,and then when it stoped crashing,the samsung account started crashing and i couldnt complete the process...
Is this thing fixable or should i smash it against the wall right now?
