Dear Friends, I have rooted my S6 after that i lost the mobile network connection, I have un-rooted the phone again but the issue was not solved, Please any advise and help

Hi Guys,
After some help please, I bought an S6 that i have now found out is rooted, after being unable to use a few of the apps.
I have no idea what i am doing and was after some help on how to unroot the phone.
I discovered an app called SuperSU, but when i go in and press full unroot, it crashes...
Can somebody please help me?
