Good evening every one... i'm using micromax canvas xpress A99 ,lollipop5.0. I have tooted my device through philz touch recovery.
now i want to copy my nandroid backup file to my pc, while i'm connecting to my pc ,my device is not recognized by my WINDOWS8.1..
Is there any fix to ressolve this issue..????

Looking around xda it appears that only root and custom recovery have been made for your device, more than likely you would have to learn the how-to over at http://xda-university.com to build your own, if you get stuck there is a forum connected with it to ask questions, or feel free to ask in the Q&A section here

According to my knowledge there is no way to use a samsung recovery to recover micromax phone.
Micromax has a diffrent flash tool called SP Flash tool using which you can flash files.

i have micromax a106 4gb model........
and after i flash a custom rom the blutooth and wifi not working......
and i have not taken backup of my previous stock rom
i again flash stock rom via SP tool but problem are still.....
And phone status show
WLAN MAC ADDRESS unavilable
Blutooth Address unavilable
IP Address unavilable
