Oh, sorry. "Quantum" is also the name of an LG product but apparently you have a tablet made by a different manufacturer (http://quantumq.net/?).
There is no forum specifically for your tablet, but you may want to ask your question in the friendly general Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help where members familiar with your device might be able to best advise you.

Unfortunately, you forgot to mention which specific phone and ROM you have. The reference to "MT65XX" suggest that you have a MediaTek device.
