Google Voice "Spoof" Caller ID?

Got a question...
I have recently been upgraded to Google Voice, and was wondering if there was a way I could basically "spoof" all outgoing caller IDs so it appeared as my Google Voice number. The reason for doing this is if I switch to Google Voice, my calls will still show as coming from my old number.
If this isnt possible, anyone have any other ways around this?
EDIT: I should note... I do have a PPC6800/HTC MOGUL, so I have access to all the EPST settings and whatnot.
bump please....
You can but you have to call your google voice number to initiate the outgoing call instead of dialing out directly.

Google Voice not getting my voicemails

How do I set this phone up so that Google Voice receives all of my voicemails instead of the built in app from Sprint?
I tried *28andthenthenumber like the google voice website says but that didnt work.

Google Voice app doesn't correct outgoing call log

The Google Voice app works fine for outgoing calls except that the outgoing call logs show the Google Voice relay number not the person I'm calling. On my Samsung Intercept it worked fine but now with the Motorola Triumph it is broken.
Any ideas for a fix? I'm assuming this is Google Voice's problem? The correct contact is displayed for a second and then it disappears and shows the relay number. I tried Go Contacts with no luck either. I have Android 2.2.2.
Can anyone help with this?
same problem here...
Anyone know of a solution? I wonder if its because when I installed and configured google voice, it said that carrier wasn't supported and didn't let me configure it manually?
i have a problem with outgoing calls though everything works but the microphone....

Using Google Voice as Visual VoiceMail on T-Mobile

Has anyone gotten this setup correctly. I'm not interested in full Google Voice service but just the lite version so I can get transcribed voicemails. I have contacted T-Mobile to have them disable the T-Mobile voicemail service but cannot get Google Voice to setup. Do I need to also create a Google Voice number to get this to work? I didn't think I would just for voicemail. On the desktop service when I go to use my mobile number for Google Lite it just throws up an error.

Unless they've found a way to integrate native carrier call forwarding directly to your Google account, you will need to create a GV # to accomplish what you're looking to do.

Get a GVoice number as instructed. Then go into the Android dialer settings and change the forwarding options to go to your GVoice number instead of your T-Mobile number. I've been doing this for more than a year. Works great.
Gah...I've found the issue after fiddling and Googling for a few hours. I'm on prepaid and that doesn't allow forwarding so that's why I can't get it working.

Google Voicemail? It won't work. Just rings over and over

Any ideas?
*71[Your Google Voice number]
*90[Your Google Voice number]
*92[Your Google Voice number]
Tried these to use google voice mail on my verizon S6 but no luck. When I call my number it just rings forever.
I've tried deactivating, activating, using the app, etc. No luck.

Tried *72[Your Google Voice number]?
You need to go to Google voice on a desktop and reset it, it will give you a different number than your current number to forward the calls to, I had to do this, but it does work.

You got this to work WITH advanced calling on?
Activating advanced caking is what screwed up Google voice for me, after I activated advanced calling I did the above step and got Google voice working again, my phone says advanced calling is active but I've yet been able to use it, since both people have to have it activated, so I'm not sure if it actually works!

How exactly did you reset google voice on a computer? I hit deactivate and then tried to reactivate it and it gave me the same number as my google voice number to forward calls to.
