[Completed] [Q] LG optimus Rom development?

Can someone please direct me how to develop a custom rom ?
I'm currently using these devices:
LG-optimus L5 e610 and Xiaomi Redmi 1s
Hi,
This section has many guides and tutorials for developing roms that you can review,
> Chef Central > Android
Only after reading, reading and reading some more... You can ask for help in the guide you end up using, or start your own thread and ask for assistance if you're stuck. I over emphasize reading first, because the members there will expect you have done your homework before helping.... They won't guide you through everything. You need to educate yourself first. ?
Good luck!

[Completed] [Q] Amicroe TouchTab S

I am wanting to port the latest cyanogenmod to my tablet the 'Amicroe tts' see picture for specs (the pictures what i could find in the book). What I am wanting to know before starting this project I am wanting to know if this is even possible and also if the latest cyanogenmod wont work what version would be best for my specs. Also there are no custom roms for this device that i know of so that is the main reason of wanting to do this.
I hope I'm in the right forum
Edit: I asked on another and they say that CM11 would be good because its stable, also i think this tablet has an 'Allwinner A13' if that helps at all
So now I just need help finding a decent guide for how to port CM11 to my tablet
come on theirs gotta be someone else who has ported CM11 to their allwinner tablet before
