This is my 2nd phone of this model.I rooted the 1st with Kingroot and had nothing but trouble thereafter.
Ended up bricking it After changing boot animations.
I'm wondering if another way has been found to gain root with this phone.

Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist.
I´ve searched for your device along XDA and it does not seems to be a very famous tablet in terms of development. We can´t provide you any root mode, since the developers are who get this on work, and not XDA itselfs.
You could try to get root using the Kingroot application, which seems to be very famous on getting root without recovery.
I wish you to get root on your tablet, and in case you don´t, try to Google about the device, and maybe you will have luck and get one root mode for it.
Cheers!
Hello,
I have rooted my s4 many times and each time I lose my wifi. I usually root by using odin and cf auto root with a rom that has the same configuration as my phone. Each time I eventually bricked my phone trying to get the wifi back.
Can someone tell me a way that I can root my phone and not risk losing my wifi?
Thank you for any help
Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
I don't know what guide you followed but i suggest you follow THIS GUIDE HERE to root your phone.
Try asking this same question HERE to get support from S4 users as well. I personally rooted and custom ROMed an S4 without any issues.
I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 SM-S975L from Walmart and used towelroot. It worked but only temporally. Then my phone messed up and I took it back to Walmart to replace it. I got the same exact phone again but towelroot says that it doesn't currently support my device. I've tried everything out there and was just wondering if anyone could/would help. Thanks

Hi, thanks for using XDA Assist!
Unfortunately, for your device model, the only root option I find is towelroot.
However, please post your question here:

The experts there may know another solution.
Good luck!

Please help us to rooting out device SM-P907A 5.1.1 is a amazing tablet but with out root, is just other one.
Thanks very much to all developers.
one guy apparently was able to root the tablet on 5.1.1 using kingroot, but he was unable to replicate it. I tried it myself with no luck, but perhaps there's a reason it worked for him once, he mentioned using root booster-stability mode.
