This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happily intoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.
I will try to keep this updated as much as possible, but if you feel like getting the info as it comes out along with some nice graphics, check it out here:

OP please add the model in the thread title to prevent people bricking their phones if trying to flash on Surnia.

Any chance we may see this for Surnia as well, sorry to even ask but considering the lack of ROM's for Surnia it would be greatly appreciated to see this thrown into the mix.

About
MoKee OpenSource is based on the Google AOSP. We update our source code frequently to keep up with the latest development, and not forgetting to merge in special features of our own at the same time.
A small group of people from around the world who are interested in Android launched this project on the 12th of December 2012, and is committed to make this ROM better and better. Like most contributors of open source projects (Omni, CyanogenMod, Slim AOSPA etc), we are doing all these in our free time as our passion…
Since this project is open source, anyone interested can participate in the development (maintain new devices, contribute code etc). Newcomers are always welcomed!
Read here for developer application: http://www.mfunz.com/en/developer-application, you can host your unofficial MoKee builds on our server!
Features: (I will mention only that which does not take into CyanogenMod)
Listview animation
Interpolation anmação listview
Update over the air can download the download website only incremental, it helps lower faster update and upgrade more easily:
Some icons and own layouts
Manager for Google services, so no need to use a large gapps, you can only download necessary at MokeeCenter
Ringtones, Alarms, Notification, UI sounds are all different CyanogenMod, thus bringing a beautiful charm to rom
bootianimation own
information integrated into MokeeCenter
Settings to add speed data network
Settings for navigation bar
Settings for Statusbar
Intelligent control settings to configure the newer apps and others.
Downloads oficiais:
Otus
Surnia
What is the difference?
RELEASE: Tested after integrating new features, more stable than NIGHTLY. (Odexed builds)
NIGHTLY: Built daily with newest code and experimental features, might contain undiscovered bugs. (Deodexded builds)
HISTORY: Final odexded builds once a newer Android version is out and being built.
EXPERIMENTAL: Released when a new device is added or when a new feature is added for public beta testing and feedback. (Deodexded builds)
UNOFFICIAL: Maintained separately by individual developers, usually involves modification of shared code which cannot be merged (affects other devices), therefore maintained by the developer himself.
Note: We always test the shared code for bugs, however sometimes we may not be able to detect device specific bugs. If you have such issues, it will be better to report to the device maintainer.
Changelog:
Here
Installation mode :
To install the clean rom:
Download the rom
enters recovery
make all wipes (all)
choose zip from rom and install
you can use a gapps any of its taste since it is for android 5.1.x
or you can go MokeeCenter after starting rom, there you can download the small gapps integrated into the system and have a lighter and clean rom.
To install upgrade:
Method 1:
just download the complete package via OTA
enter the recovery
only to wipe cache and dalvik (optional, I do not)
install the complete package downloaded via OTA
Method 2:
Download the complete package over the air and go on to install update
let install automatically for you
Method 3:
Download only incremental updates
for that you need to donate 30 CNY for the team to release the feature on the device directly
But you can do this update without donation
just go on the site and click below build itself where it is written (upgrade: OTA to MK ...)
there will be the incremental free for you, this will save on your data package or in your spare time.
Big Thanks @martincz for development

Mokee was the first ROM to work on my old Atrix HD after the transition from Jellybean boot-loader to KitKat bootloader last year There were issues with the source material initially being made available and it did not get a lot of traction, partially because the thread in which it was being discussed was not dedicated to one single ROM so it was closed (although I found the decision to close it questionable). http://forum.xda-developers.com/atrix-hd/general/lollipop-5-0-1-jbbl-ahd-mb886-t2984530. It seems that they have tightened that up this year. Thanks for bringing Mokee to light as an option for Otus and creating a thread for it. :good:
Development
Good one
Using the latest nightly right now, just one word 'awesome'. Only bug i found is editing quick tile gives system fc.
The 19th build has fixed the quick tile fc bug.
Now everything is so perfect with lots of customisation.
Any screenshots please? And does dual sim work properly on XT1506 variant?
Using it currently one word 'awesome' @manal.21sinha , everything works

Well gladfully I tried this, the rom is buttery smooth, super fast and rock stable. SuperSU was not fully implemented natively, only few system application was able to get root access, I got this error "There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem!
If you just upgraded to Android 5.0, you need to manually re-root - consult the relevant forums for your device." I even tried flashing supersu beta through recovery but still had no luck, titanium Backup was not getting required accesses. Will surely come back when supersu is fully operational. Also please implement finger print like in nuclearom or Mr. Coolbirds. Waiting desperately for the implementations. Thanks a lot

I have tried it briefly.
It is a good ROM, but in principle similar to other Lineage/Tilak based ROMs
A matter of taste I'd say ..

It should give a good impression on the general features (and tests) of this ROM.
Device specific part is based on Tilak's work I guess, which you know already
The OP thankfully volunteered to maintain the AICP N7100 variant.
I personally like the selection of system apps (see my earlier post):
NovaLauncher, KernelAdiutor, AdAway, ...
What matters: continued support by the DEV; we'll see (I'm optimistic )...
A single query to those who tried this ROM.Does the name of Ext Sdcard is the same as the INTIGERS showing in Root Explorer/ES File Explorer as in other Lineage/CM based Noughat ROMs?
I'm pretty sure 'yes' (integers) --- there is no /sdcard1.
I have a very serious(FOR ME) question to make. In settings>display>THEME, there is an option DARK or LIGHT theme.
When I chose DARK , rom was made like I had dreamed of .
A dark theme in settings and menus, without the use of any other theme downloaded or installed from play or through APK.
My question is: Is this because substratum engine is installed by default with the flashing of the rom, or without it, I can have the option to choose between dark and light?
Ok then, lets take a look in the new member of the family, which is very much welcome and we are very happy that can join us.
I faced a problem at first because as I couldnt find a camera, I realized that could not take any screenshots because message received
''cannt take (or save I cannt recall) any picture'' . Gallery was total black and nothing shown on it.
When I was about to abandon mission , I had a thought, installed snap camera from play (which also has its own gallery) rebooted phone and that was it.
So I was back to action, taking and saving screenshots now,
Lets take a look and welcome a new member in the family, which many of us I think, are going to like hanging around with
What about videos?
Videos and social are well working
New builds are up!

MINOR UPDATE
The button backlight issue has been fixed and uploaded to AFH, be sure to check it out!!
Just clean flashed the newest build and I love the inclusion of retro player! It's the best android music player in my opinion. I don't like how the corners are curved though and I can't find a way to disable it unlike the other customisations I usually make. Is there any option and I just can't find it?

On average how long does the Inital first boot take?? Im 97.033% sure im not looping but at the same time it seems to be taking a very very long time... Also would flashing magsik and busybox via recovery hinder the boot process? thank you in advance

There is flashing order mentioned in AOSPA thread, I guess post #2 or #3, not sure. Alex has mentioned there about password, starting from point #8.
That may help you.

F.A.Q.
Before issues should be reported:
1. Rom needs to be clean flashed
2. No Xposed, AKT Profiles, Helix Engine, or other mods, etc.
3. Do not restore any apps with TiBu or Swift or some other app restoring application
4. No Substratum themes installed
If you can still reproduce the issue you're having, Logcat/logs must be provided with your report in order to receive any support.
The rom has matlog built-in which is mostly useful, I prefer that you would use Syslog from the Play Store instead as it will grab all logs and scrub any personal data from them by default.
If you have a question:
1. Please read at least the last two pages of the thread
2. Use the 'Search this thread' function on the top-right of this site
If you still cannot find the answer you need, go ahead and ask away.

EXTRAS
HDK-Mod-v0.6/0.9.11
This is my own modified build of Grarak's Kernel Adiutor app.
I have added a few extras that were missing for sound control, pdesire audio, DCI_P3 mode, and sultan's battery cycle/charge commit.
Also changed the theme, and updated some stuff.
Work in progress but needed something to fully control my kernel.
Full credits and much love to Grarak for putting in all the hard work on this app, not trying to take away from his work, I am just posting mine here in case you deleted it from my rom.
My source for it is here.
HolyDragon Recovery Project 3.2.3-0 8/09
*Fixed not saving settings
*August patches
*New decryption blobs
This is my own modified build of TWRP, currently version 3.2.3-0.
I build it with my rom source so same optimization as my rom, Built and optimized specifically for the OP3/msm8996 SOC.
I built a kernel specifically for this Recovery to maximize the backup/restore speeds and lower the battery usage at the same time.
What once took ~140 seconds to backup system/boot now takes ~70. No loss in functionality, encryption and all that still works fine here.
I've changed the default theme and also ported some features from RedWolf Recovery that I found useful like substratum overlay wipe.
Source for this here: device, twrp, kernel
Thx for the better OmniROM, going to try it after I back home.
Have one question about it, is this fully support substratum?
Update, thx for the correction, it is OMS not substratum.
Yeah.....
Finally OmniDragon has arrived on xda
Awesome holy:good:
Thanks a lot

No it doesn't *fully* support substratum, having the full OMS commits in the rom so it works without root slows down the entire rom so I've only included the basic support for it.
By far the best rom for OP3/3T!
Fast/Battery friendly/Stable

Display roundness is a toggle in dragon's den/style. but no way to disable the round qs/notifications/recents without substratum or compiling the rom yourself which i have instructions for on github/gitlab.
