[Completed] Problem in HTC one M8 eye, Stuck in fastboot screen - XDA Assist

Hello ,
I am in stuck mode because my phone is in stuck mode,
Let me describe what i have done,
1. I have rooted my HTC one m8 eye with TWRP installed and su binary also,
I mean properly rooted but S-ON, I have used my phone well for couple of days,
Then i have decided to install skyDroid custom Rom stable version.
In that installation process i came to know that S-OFF is required,
then i have tried but nothing happend still S-ON mode, then in TWRP by chance i have click Advanced -> Fix Permission.
Then next time when i want to reboot my device do not turned on.
Then i tensed and decided to install SkyDroid rom on it beacuse i thought rom was gon and i haven't backup any thing,
After Successfully installing the Rom With S-ON mode, Rebooted but
It Automatically goes to Fastboot mode the white screen like below

Need a refresher, I'm lost.

edit: OK so I've went ahead and fixed this myself. Here's what I did if anyone else was having issues similar to mine.
So I upgraded my hboot and from there everything was smooth sailing.
Ok so I've a HTC One S I don't know what variant, but I have I believe I have the HTC One S (S4 variant)
I've listed some information below I hope this is enough for you to help me figure out my variant.
Here's get var I pulled up

Now I'd like to put a ROM on my phone, and as you can see the phone's bootloader is unlocked already.
This phone was having a bootloop issue and I just didn't bother fixing it until now, because I'm without a phone- and this is my only option.
Now what I need from someone, and I would really REALLY appreciate your help is what do I do now, from the information I've provided if you need more information I'll post is ASAP.
I'll figure out how to root my device and all that, but what I need is some help on figuring out what variant my HTC One S is.
Its very hard to figure out from all the threads which ROM is compatible with my phone, as I know there are different variants.
I'd appreciate if someone can provide me with a recommend ROM for my device and if I need to upgrade my HBOOT
I was reading the following thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-s/general/guide-how-to-install-hboot-2-16-time-t2898605 and as you can see from my picture my current HBOOT is 1.06.0000
Do I upgrade my HBOOT? I've been away from the HTC scene for a while, please any help that can point me in the right direction will be greatly appreciate!!!!

Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. Your bootloader is locked. HTC allows you to unlocked it but you need to go to their web site to unlock it. See htcdev.com. Also see this, http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-desire-v/general. There are users of your specific device there. They are the experts on your device.

HTC ONE E8 bricked after some manipulation...Need help please please

have an E8 single sim (Model: m8Ss ). Please noticed that im a new comer in the HTC World
I made an update with the ruu.exe that i took on htc website (the sprint one), i dint checked what model i have, because off that, after the update my phone has had it mid replaced by the OPAJ50000 (i was OPAJ10000), changing at the same moment the cid, product name, imei, model, etc.
Then it was not a problem at this moment but when i found that the singnal was gone too, tried to change back (manually) the mid, imei, cid etc. "THIS WHERE I MESSED UP" ,because of that, the phone is no more booting when i try to boot it.
The good point is that the phone is still detected on my pc as My Htc
Ps: when i try some manipulation via fastboot on my pc now this is what i have now by oem command
- fastboot getvar all

Have the exact same thing with mine, can't get into recovery or factory reset. When I try either option all i get is a quick flash of the 3 androids skating at the bottom in the center and immediately goes back to the fastboot menu. I have tried running the RUU and that starts normally then reboots the phone says waiting for bootloader or something similar and then gives error 171. Havent been able to find any help any where with this.

Switch it off, and give it some hours off, then try to boot into recovery, if its not working, then flash new recovery from bootloader, if it still didn't work then flash new firmware, and reflash your rom if you are using a custom rom, of Flash it using Stock RUU, or by extracting rom.zip from RUU and flashing it.
