I'm new at all this, just bought a tmobile note 3, trying to unlock it after I rooted but can't seem to figure out how. Any help would be very much appreciated. And I do not want to buy a code.

Is there a way to network/Sim unlock the Samsung galaxy tab 4 8.0 on 4.4.2 kit Kat at&t. I was just curious because at&t claims to have never had my device in their records so I can't request and unlock code and I need to use it on on other carrier. Also I AM ROOTED
