Hi, i was trying to load a custom ROM and unknowingly did format on TWRP. now the phone software isnt loading. tried to update firware. all i get is twrp and bootloader. cant access phone. please help . how can i load the phone OS ?

My phone is running on lollipop 5.0.1 and it is unlocked and i have twrp installed and done all the required back up having some lag and network problem so trying to fix that with custom rom i also want to know if i can upgrade my phone to marshmallow my phone is s-off

There is no "best" ROM for all people and all situations. Too many variations in how folks use their phones, preferences, etc.
Read thru threads from development, see what users report and test by yourself some ROM's to see wich one is the best for you.
