The title says it all. What I'm looking for is probably in here but ther is a sea of threads. My daughter wants her verizon bionic to work on att. I did this once with a moto x and got the procedure from motorola. The motorola page that has that info either doesn't exist anymore or I can't find it. Can anyone help?

when i try i get a message saying "installation blocked - this app contains code that attempts to bypass Androids security protections"
im not that exactly a hacker or really anything....
