[Completed] Help| Nexus 4 stuck on "Google" logo screen

Hey
Today i wiped my whole nexus 4 device (i have root and unlocked bootloader and TWRP 2.6)
but when i try to reset it to the system it self it get stuck on the "Google" logo
The recovery is fully working
Anyone has any idea ?

You have probably formatted system partition and there is no Rom too Boot the device. If so you might want to flash Stock firmware again or a custom Rom.
Please post in [HELP THREAD] nexus4 Ask any question. so that one of the experts may be of help.

Yeah i think that is what i did
but i used toolkit and fixed it

[Completed] I hard bricked my at&t galaxy s5 what can i do to fix this problem?

I was installing a custom ROM using safestrap when finished flashing rebooted and phone would not respond no power or wouldn't respond to charge what can I do to fix this problem

[Completed] My phone (Nexus 4) was running on CM13 Nightly,

I had updated my CM13 Nightly and since then my phone is not booting up properly (It is stuck on boot (just a blank screen) ). I read on several forums that It might have been bricked.
Can someone help me out as to how can i get it working again???

I flashed Perseus-alpha19.1-i9500-CWM kernel successfully.
Black screen of Death!
Dirty flashed.
Need to Overclock.
Where to get the specific custom Kernel?
