Hi everyone
As title says,this is a flashable zip MADE BY ME for the D2306 model, prerooted and containing latest Android 4.4.4 18.3.1.C.1.15 rom available from Movistar Mexico, all you need is to follow this simple steps:
Warning:
I will not be responsible in any way for any kind of damage resulting from this process, I'm just sharing the method used by me and gave perfect results. I highly recommend making a backup of data deemed important or unrecoverable. Having said that, we can proceed, let's start.
1. First of all, obviously you need to be rooted and have a working recovery installed (search in XDA forums for the best method)
2. Enter recovery, do a full wipe/factory reset, wipe cache partition and dalvik
3. Go to install zip from sdcard and choose MY FLASHABLE ZIP, once done just turn off the phone
4. Open flashtool and flash THIS FTF which contains kernel, fota kernel and baseband
5. Turn on the phone and enjoy, now you have latest rom in your lovely M2
6. (Optional) If you want to fix the mount system issue just take a look at THIS THREAD (all credits goes to the op) it works like a charm

If it's a network ftf like above them kk or than likely has bloatware

Yes, blotware is present, but there's no problem to delete it because you are root

hey there everyone. I want to update to 4.4.3 but I am rooted, have custom recovery and have a custom kernel. I have a backup of device when I wasn't rooted (rooted after boot on cwmr) what do I need to do to upgrade to 4.4.3 now?

Restore stock kernel. Restore all other modifications to /system. Uninstall Xposed (after disabling any modules). Disable superuser. Let your phone download the update, then copy it out of /cache to the sdcard. Reboot to your custom recovery and flash the update. If it doesn't go smoothly, note and post the error listed...

I don't know how to restore stock kernel. I only changed 2 font files in the font folder (is adaway a part of modification to the /system ?) I don't have xposed. disable SuperSU how do I do that ? so I download the 4.4.3 file and I don't install just take out of /cache and put it into root of SD card ? then I just flash.

the update is only for all Global GSM and US GSM models purchased online in the United States. at the moment. maybe soon they will bring out 4.4.3 for dual sim

Installation:

1. Install CWM recovery
2. Copy deodexed firmware zip to SD Card
3. Enter to CWM
4. Do a (factory reset) & Wipe Dalvik Cache

Hey pal i just flashed your zip and my phone is now stuck on the sony logo I followed all the steps correctly but i used twrp to do it is that the reason?
EDIT: Sorry dude my bad i accidentally formatted system along with the factory data. I repeated the steps and its working fine.

Unrar and Flash via Odin. You should turn off your Note 3 and go to Download mode with hard keys.

Each file begins with two certain letters, which are the exact letters at Odin as well.
And no, this wont delete nor modify any personal data, as it updates only Modem, Bootloader and Kernel, which you still can choose individually if you want to flash.

I did flash the right zip, globeROM_BeautyMod_mido_7.5.11_normal.zip
Its just that im on the china dev rom and the zips all say globeROM.
The statusbar didnt change from my theme, was expecting to see the weather images from your zip when i pulled it down

try manually replacing files from zip using twrp file manager...
but first make backup of it.
Or may be it only works on Global roms....

Dude,
U need to flash stock rom's secro.img
This happened because ur device's IMEI is either corrupted or wiped
Fixes :----->
1. Flash secro.img of stock rom OR
2. Only If stock rom installed , install mtk engineering mode apk and then repair IMEI
