I'm tempted to try it, however, is there a way to restore the stock camera app in the given scenario that becomes necessary? That is WITHOUT having to restore a full nandroid? ( those haven't done me much good in the past so I don't trust them fully)

Well I flashed it on my sprint note 3 currently on note 4 port
It flashed well via recovery but upon boot it'd nowhere to find.
Any guesses..

Same issue on me with N7000 Omni 4.4.2. Almost works grate!!!
Can't get it to work on my Xperia z with the latest updates (4.3 .101) . I installed it through the recovery on top of my previous Sony calender. After that all my applications started upgrading, so it seems like my phone now thinks it has updated Android.
Force closes whenever I try tto open it.
Edit: does work now! I installed it in a wrong way

if u want i can up only that etc/permissions folder , but then a bit later as i had to dl that full ftf over crappy net

That isn't a surprise. The hardware of the S4 (all models) isn't able to record that way.

Before Installing this Rom install this modem(BOG5) using Odin[doesn't need again for 1.1 version to install].

Make backup (i.e Samsung Cloud backup)
1) Put the zip file in your SD Card
2) Reboot in Recovery Mode (use Philz Recovery)
3) Wipe Data, Cache (click clean to install new rom)
4) Install the ROM
5) Reboot
6) First Boot Take 12-15 minuet, Be patient.
Fix:
1) After first boot install this Clock fix through recovery.Here

Yes Camera isn't from FlymeOS 6. I didn't mentioned it anywhere either. It's a port from androidexpertz45 so thanks to him. Also gallery is not included in this package.

I am using Lg g5 and fulmics 3.3 rom, magisk, twrp and all, so can I flash this to my phone and is there a way to revert back to how it was originally if I dont (for example) like it ? Yes you can flash it but make a nandroid backup before. So you would have two options to revert back if you didn't liked it. Either you can restore your backup or dirty flash your ROM. Please report back if anything isn't working as planned. I will take a look. Cheers
@PawanRockz- First of all thanks for your mod.. For Calendar app on Nougat package name clashes with the stock app..If you can change the name of the package then it gets installed but then it crashes when I click ob add any activity.. Launcher is also not working correctly in Nougat but then I do not use that Launcher anyways. Clock is perfectly working on Nougat but then File Manager has issues not detecting any files ...Hope this feedback helps you to fix theses apks to make it workable on Nougat...Keep it up..:good:

PFA the logs of Calendar and File Manager.. For calendar I had to change the package name then only it got installed but then it crashes continuosly and hence could not use it . In File Manager when clicked on Apk, Zipfiles and Documents nothing is showing any files under those.. Device is HTC running 7.1.2 . Hope this information helps to fix it ..
