Have you looked into a Skin?
Weston
Slickwraps
Does the slickwrap skin protect the little blue bezel around the cam?
I bought one, uhh two, of these lens protectors. I have a white S6 and got a white and a blue protector. The ones I got have a slightly smaller opening that what's shown in the link above. I'm using the blue one 'cause the white one is really silverish and looks worse because it's close but off in color. I don't think I'm going to keep any. The protector makes it impossible to wipe the camera lens clean and it invites dust to lodge itself between the protector and the lens. What I would like is an optically clear glass "protector" to stick on top of the camera lens. Sigh.
Ok. Thanks.. so once you remove it you cannot put it back again. .

Just apply some clear nail polish around the area.

Hey All,
Just wanted to show off a few pics of my new pouch, as well as a youtube video I found showcasing it. This is the OEM HTC pouch for the international HTC One X, however it fits our device just fine. Its $22 around the web and I think is worth the price. The outside is all soft leather, while the inside is a very nice suede type material that you would be ok with wiping your screen with. On the front side, HTC is stamped on the leather, while the back has an auto-retracting elastic band that helps pop the phone out. You can kind of see it in the video, and works fairly alright. I say fairly, just because the pouch isn't tight enough against the phone so sometimes as soon as you release the band, the phone likes to slip back down. The top of the band also has a very small magnet that keeps the band right in it's spot.
BTW: The third picture shows how much the phone slides out when you pull the tab/band to get the phone out.

The case finally came in the mail today and I have to say that this thing is just about as water "resistant" as it gets without being waterproof. It certainly has an over engineered construction and that's definitely why I bought it. The ports are covered with channeled rubber inserts as is the perimeter of the outer rubber shell. The microphones and speaker appear to be covered with what I can only call a "paper like" membrane. I'm assuming this guards against minimal water contact yet maintains function. The Ir blaster is shielded by a clear plastic port. I can't attest to functionality as I don't use it. I doubt you'll be changing channels in the rain though. All in all, for max protection I'd definitely use this thing. I own the defender as well and this case seems better suited for extreme conditions.

Looks like a good alternative to the otterbox defender.
Only in the sense that it covers the front and back. This looks more protective and the honestly like more thought has gone into engineering it. Defender cases have been ****ty for a while now, commuters will do everything the defender does without a belt clip.
Interesting case, I was planning to buy a Defender today but then I saw this review. Strongly considering this case to take my S4 mountain biking.

This looks like the rip off version of it on ebay.
Just wanted to share because I know we all love pictures. Here's my current "case" using a silver aluminum Love Mei bumper in combination with a faux wood battery cover door:
Let me know what ya think.

That's not the same bumper and the aliexpress link is for the lot of 10 pieces. That comes to 6.60 each.
I got the bumper off ebay for less then $12 shipped from this seller:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/35079088782...eName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649
The faux wood back was from Amazon for less then $9 shipped from here:
http://www.amazon.com/GINOVO-Leather-battey-housing-Samsung/dp/B00D4MSG5M/ref=pd_sim_sbs_cps_23
Both items took about 2 weeks to ship from China to Phoenix, AZ.
Here is the Patchworks Classique wood skin case. Used a real wood panel on the back

Of course I got wood, I just woke up! But seriously that looks pretty nice.

Is there really any point in me getting a screen protector after I have light scratches? They don't effect visibility or anything I just don't want to get a screen protector and then have bubbles because of it. Any suggestions would be great.
Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
Well, spider webs and bubbles can't be avoided when you use screen protectors! You could use your nails to get rid of them but they are going show up every now and then depending on the usage.
The only time the screen would get scratched is when it's in your pocket or obviously if you put the device upside down constantly...
I would suggest using a pouch or a flip cover.. it would take care of the pocket part... however, if you drop the device down, the chances of screen shatter goes high whether your protected or not
I have a tempered glass protector that looks and feels perfect... no bubbles no spider cracks.. cheap insurance and feels naked

On a plastic screen protector, the bubbles are caused by scratches and / or dust protruding from the screen and bending the protector away from the screen. Surely this isn't nearly as possible with Glass?

yeah mine does too, but honestly, dont see a difference in quality for the cam pics
It's only an issue around the flash since it absorbs some light, and since there's no flash on the front, it doesn't matter. Mine's covering the camera too, no issue at all. I do have a hole for the lightsensor though.
"Edit: think twice about get this one. I was about to install but noticed that it covers up the front camera. I never use the front camera, but still. " Then why cry about it? Most the of the time its just glass so it aint a big problem that its over the lens anyways. But you can get good one's on ebay with the right holes for 3 bucks.
