[Completed] MY PHONE IS STUCK (S4 MINI I9195) My phone keeps rebooting when its on? how do i fix? - XDA Assist

i have been trying to factory reset my phone both the soft reset and hard reset which do not work at all. when hard resetting using recovery i get this message ("e:format_volume:%20 make_extf4fs failed on /dev/block/platform/msm_sdcc.1/by-name/userdata") .
i also tried reinstalling firmwire using Odin, there is absolutely no difference. also tried reinstalling recovery using odin, also did not work (odin shows as the process being successful on both localisations but the phone is not responding to it)
please help, much appreciated

[Completed] Karbonn A51Q, HELP!!

i recently got my new phone. i rooted it with framaroot and changed its bootanimation. When i restarted it a couple of times afterwards, i got stuck at the bootanimation itself. I tried flashing the stock rom using sp flash tool and the stock rom i got from the internet but the tool cant seem to recognise my mobile and wont proceed. Restarting and clearing the cache and factory reset didnt work as well.
Any help regarding this would be appreciated.

Hello, and thank you for using XDA Assist!
A factory reset would wipe the phone (except system related info), making the encryption null and void (only affects userdata). Odd that it has no effect.
At any rate, I am connecting this thread to the forum where your device experts can be found:

Please note, in order to respond to replies, you will need to be registered for an XDA account.
Hope this helps, and good luck!
