Can anyone who uses the Xperia J recommend a good rom that's compatible with a locked bootloader? I know it's frowned upon to ask but I can't find any. I tried to install one but it got stuck at the xperia boot screen /:
Hello,
I am new to Sony products and before I make steps of unlocking the phone I would like to know what exactly to read. The problem is that I have a brand new Sony Xperia J which is locked to a certain mobile operator. What should I do to unlock it? Should I do anything with the bootloader or anything else? If anyone can provide me a valid link to read about that would be great.
I appologize once again for the newbie question.
Regards to all determined to help.
I haven't been able to find a good answer either way...
Hi XDA !
This might be a very silly question, but I'm in the process of putting TWRP on my xperia Z3, but on the TWRP website I can only find ROMs for Z3 compact and Z3 tablet, but not for regular Xperia Z3. Am I supposed to use the one for Z3 compact or am I being an idiot and just simply can't find it ?

Hi! I'm fairly new to the whole rooting and flashing scene and would like to know a few things about my device. My device is an Xperia Z5 from Japan, released by Docomo (I'm in the process of unlocking it). My question: what are my options when it comes to customizing it? Can I root it? Is there a generic ROM out there for my device to remove the bloatware from Docomo? Thanks!
