Lenovo a328 (rooted) Not booting after OTA update.(Stuck at "Optimizing app 1 of 76)
Yesterday i got a notification about a new update on my rooted lenovo a328. I searched about updating a rooted phone and came to that I could unroot , then update, and reroot it again. I used Kinguser to unroot. But for my dumbness, i didnt check if it was actually unrooted and proceeded to update, after the update it booted to recovery and showed update not succesful. It's the first time i have ever confronted a recovery screen , i panicked and selected something with 'adb from', it showed this screen for a long time, I removed the battery (I dont have any knowledge on Recovery other than it's existence). And after it when I booted, it shows the 'lenovo' thing at the start and then shows 'Optimizing App 1 of 76' and nothing happens, it's stuck at it. Please help me on fixing this. I am ready to learn about recovery and other things that might be needed on fixing this.

[Completed] [Q] I think my phone messed up

Hello.
So today i decided that im tired of not having 4.4 kitkat update for my Allview V1 Viper phone and that its time for me to do some rooting and stuff
I rooted my phone with Framaroot and installed CMW via Mobileuncle Tools.
Then i tried to apply the octarom_kk_iq4410_v3_fixed update.
Booted into recovery, selected the rar to update from, it started:
Finding update package.
Opening update package.
Installing update...
octarom mtk iq4410 kitkat 4.4.2 v3.0
And it stopped there... no other text come up or anything happening. I waited for half an hour and still nothing. So i removed the battery to restart the phone. And now it doesnt boot. Only starts, displays the Allview logo and it stays like that with the logo forever.

[Completed] HELP! "Rooted LENOVO A316i" softbricked after Installing ChainFire 3D!

HI guys good day~!
well, i am newbie in this forum and about android devices. I am curious about android things, due to my curiosity, i have successfully rooted my Lenovo a316i running Jelly Bean OS and then installed some rooted apps without any back up. Then lastly, I installed that ChainFire 3D without any phone back up since i don't have some knowledge yet about backing up my phone. So the ChainFire app was successfully installed then my phone restarted without back up apps installed. Now, my phone is stacked in the boot...
Is there any way i can recover my phone?..
PS.
my phone has 3 recovery modes(Default Recovery) ;
FastBoot Mode (i dont know how to use it), Recovery Mode, Normal Boot.. maybe this could help.
I also tried the Recovery Mode then use the method "Apply update from ADB" and tried sideloading the default ROM of my phone but after 100% sideloading, my phone would say " Installation Aborted "... i guess i'm doing the wrong way in flashing my STOCK ROM using that method.. Also my USB Debugging MODE is off...
i really need your help..... Thanks in ADVANCE!..

[Completed] [Q] Is my recovery booting corrupted?

I made an account to solve my problem here, therefore you guys would do me a HUGE favor if you solve my problem here..
I have a GT-I9505 that I bought 2 years ago and flashed the Lollipop 5.0.1 ROM via odin about a month ago, a few days later I rooted my phone via Kingo ROOT and everything was working fine but my date & time keeps changing to February 2014.
Two days ago I tried booting into Recovery Mode for the first time after rooting and I see that Android laying down with a red caution sign, I clicked on "reboot system now" and that's when my problem started. (it's not a custom recovery like TWRP, just the regular one)
As soon as I rebooted my phone I get a BLANK SCREEN with "Unfortunately, ........... has stopped", more like it was like this for all of my apps. I couldn't find a way to solve this but then I resorted to extracting my files and then factory resetting my phone, unfortunately I couldn't find a solution to access my phone until a miracle happened and made my phone working again. Everything went well till today when I tried rebooting into recovery mode but the SAME exact problem happened, what to do here? I have no problem of resetting my phone again but I don't want the same problem again.

[Completed] [Q] (Semi) Stuck at Boot

I've got a Lenovo A7--40 3500-FL. I accomplished root with Kingo and installed SuperSu Pro. Successfully updated binary and what not than the screen started to flash. Booted into recovery and factory reset. Now been stuck in the boot screen, it takes about half an hour to boot but no launcher ever takes over I simple see the lock screen but it does not respond to input. I don't think the reset ever took as there is a custom boot logo and that is where I am stuck. Never installed a Rom, could never find one for the deice and I have not had much free time. Only way for me to get out of the boot loop is to drain the power. This all statrted about a month ago and I figure it is finally time to ask for help.
Lenovo Smart assistant is unable to connect and push the stock Rom. Also unable to install drivers today but that seems new and is prob related to Win 10 and not the device. Smart assistant failure makes me think somehow USB debugging was disabled but I cant be sure. Is there another way? Some sort of adb hack that will override or enable debugging? I downloaded original Lenovo rom bu can't figure out how to push it not knowing is ISm is enabled.
Thanks, I am going to try to flash from SD one more time while I wait..

[Completed] Cannot upgrade To Lollipop on XT1040

Hello there. I'm new and I have a problem upgrading to 5.0 from kitkat. I barely know anything about cellphones and my friend was helping me out before this happened.
So the background story was this:
My cellphone (Moto G LTE XT1040) was not showing the push notifications so after digging, I looked for some solutions that required a rooted cellphone, so I did it.
I unlocked the bootloader and installed a custom recovery (TWRP), then I installed SuperSU to make the cellphone root and tinkered around with the solutions to the push notifications issue, and left the cellphone untouched after.
Just this week, I recieved the upgrade to android 5.1 and before installing it I unrooted the cellphone, uninstalled SuperSu, flashed it with stock recovery and then a factory reset it. That should clean everything, but it turns out that after 2 failed tries, It doesnt install the upgrade. The cellphone shuts down and it shows that it tries to install the upgrade but the bar fills up until around 15% and a quick error message displays and it restarts normally.
Should I just install the stock rom (the 500 mb file) so all functions and settings go back to true default?
Thanks beforehand and sorry for the bad english
