Why? We already have a kitkat Sense 6 based ROM, where you can easily install Sense 7 Blinkfeed.

I don't exactly have my phone to test this out but I see that you wrote HTC Sense UI. I'm guessing this is just a port of the launcher and not Sense as a whole. Am I right in thinking this?

if you read the OP of (MOD) FHD Camera: Lenovo Super Camera (Extreme Clarity) thread you will see some instruction ,but you are the only one that complayn of ,in any case those lib files are unrelated with HTC Sense stopped. chears...
