It is about 3 months old. At least once a day I get a THERMAL SHUTDOWN notice. Then , within five seconds it does POWER OFF and I lose what I am working on.
The serial number is YFG0115039644. Can you help me understand what is going on. Please help me soon. Thank you, John Kleman.

First, please create an account so you can post in other forums.
Sounds like the device is getting too hot. When a certain temperature is reached, a device shuts down to prevent damage to the internal components. Possibly you are running too many applications at once, or stressing the tablet in some other way. It also could be a sign of hardware failure.

Was trying to root my phone following thishttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2788632 guide, got through the bootloader okay, then when I went to restart my phone to start 2. Installing a Custom Recovery, now it won't turn on. Did I **** it up? It won't turn on at all, nothing happens when I press the power button, pc won't recognize it, no response from wall outlet. Worst of all, I bought it from someone on craigslist, got a t-mobile chip, was just messing around with it, now this. Do I have any options at all? I'm assuming there will be no warrenty from Oneplus one, any way to send it in for repairs at a cost?

Hi,
Thanks for using XDA Assist Well you have to wait , whenever you cross 10 posts limit system automatically sets your permission levels such that you will be able to post in all forums , but this procedure takes time usually it varies from 1hr to 1 day depending on system load hence you have to wait atleast 24hrs for changes to take effect Seeing your post history it seems like your issue is solved and you are able to post now

First of all, i'm following the site couple months now,but just registered today so im glad to become part of the community
ok,soo i have this problem that i dont have a power button( defective so i opened the device and cut it off) and i made the mistake to remove my battery but now even if i plug the charger to do the restart trick (quickly remove and replace battery on phone) as i did couple times before to power on, now nothing happens!
Im not sure if it is the battery that died,the usb port,the screen , or if it has something to do with the button i removed
PS: I ve done this couple times before but after some tries it would recognize the battery and show the icon for "charging mode" , but this time after many tries nothing happens :'(

Hi, first sorry for my bad english. As you can read from the title my Alcatel One Touch Star is hard bricked.That happened when i was uploading mp3s from the PC to the phone and I just took the usb out from the pc.Then the phone started reacts very strange so i decided to restart it but it turned off by different way and didn't turn on again. I'm not coming straight up there. I have tried many things from the google and other threads here but my phone don't show any sign of life. I tried all methods of clicking buttons for going into recovery/download mode( i don't know how it is called exactly ) but nothing works. I tried pluging it into PC but it doesn't show up. That is why i think is hard bricked. I have given the phone to a man who fix phones and he told me that the phone is dead .I have heard that this is the best android forum so that is why i'm looking for help here. Recently I bought a tablet Cello T1144 v2 through ebay and it does not work properly. I can not connect to a wireless network. I try to turn the wireless settings on and see how the slide moves to "ON" and immediately turns "OFF". Also its sometimes reboots randomly. Before I decide that this is hardware issue, I want to reinstall Android, but I cant find ROM for this tablet.
I tried to contact Cello support and asked, but no luck -- they only said that I can send them tablet and they will reinstall it for charge. But it is very non economical for me. Maybe somebody had this tablet or can provide some useful links where I can find ROM? I would be grateful for any information about ROM for this tablet
