[Completed] Where do I ask for help on Gionee S8?

I really need some help in here!
This is the biggest forum in the world of mobile and I can't get any help.
I've a Gionee S8 a pretty good phone that was presented at mwc16, but it has no PlayStore! I've tried everything! can't do it... Ask them for international ROM, they don't have it... I can't even root it.
Please me find a right place to iniciate this threat! =)
