My gt p3100 tab running on slim lp 5.0 . dhollmen lp kernel. I can switch the hotspot on but not detectable on other phones. Other software for data transfer not working too. Flashed the dhollmen kernel but still no use. Help please.

You need someone smart that owns a p3100 to create and test a device tree for that model. The only version of aokp is for the p3113 which is a wifi only USA model. My guess is that there would be some ril issues to overcome just like any other device trying to get aosp.

[Q] WiFi is not working after i upgraded to 4.3 on samsung note 2 (GT-N7100)
After the upgrade to 4.3(official - downloaded from SamMobile), Wifi is not enabling.
The WiFi button remains unchanged(disable) when clicked it.
while i had 4.1.2 it was working perfectly, as well i tried CyanogenMod custom ROM (after i upgraded to 4.3) WifI is working on it but not on 4.3.
And I dont want to use custom ROMS but the official release.
Please Help me out Guys
Your wi-fi is not working because you have been upgraded from lower version to upper version and at this your using wi-fi driver of lower version. So first change your wi-fi driver then try again.

settings>wifi setting>advanced>Wi-Fi region code>select Turkey
My question is will there be a fix or update for NFC and WIFI when installing a n9005 4.4.2 rom on the n900t Note3 4.4.2? By the way you guys do excellent work on these roms. Kudos!

Just wondering what is the absolute best ROM in someone's opinion for the tab 2 5110/5113? I'm running Resurrection Remix lollipop v. 5.0.2. I want a 5.1.1, thinking about CM12.1. Cause I cannot enable other keyboards nor my PS3 controller on the 5.0.2 RR. Thanx for any help.
I know this may come as a surprise but I recently went to latest UK stock complete with TouchWiz.
Rooted it and modded it to allow multiple users.
I was having hard time with either KK or LP ROMs being sluggish and too heavy for P5110. The stock ROM is quite responsive and suits me well. I am thinking there's a reason why Samsung didn't upgrade P5110 further from 4.2.2.
