I got an notification that my order (2ea 2x batteries) has shipped today.
This means battery is in stock now.
I wouldn't buy "off brand" battery because I don't want my phone gets destroyed (and personal injury).
So I finally dumped my mytouch 4g after I got a good deal on a "new" refurbished g2x. The thing is, when I open the back, it is clearly not a stock battery. It looks like a Chinese one and says it only has 1300 MAH instead of 1500. I used to work at a t-mobile store and I remember seeing one other refurbished g2x from t-mobile with the same battery.
Does anyone else have the same battery with a refurbished model, and is the battery life comparable to the stock battery?
Where did you buy this "refurbished" device? Genuine refurbs from T-Mobile or LG will always come with a new battery. Refurbs from others sources will have the original battery that came with the phone, a new genuine battery, or any old battery they can get their hands on. Sounds like you got the latter. Do yourself a favor and get your self a genuine battery. The chinese ones almost always have bogus temperature sensors and are usually less than the capacity stated on the battery. Even if legit, 1300mAH is not going to last you a full day on this phone.
i got a refurb with everything stock (battery etc)
I may stick with my G3 because of the bad news that S6 lost an option to replace battery, though the S6 does look great in my eyes. As for a non-removable phone, is there any ways to double the battery life since we cannot simply swap extended batteries? Will this kind of accessory do any good?

pretty simple.. buy a phone with removable battery.. S4, S5, Note4, etc. or stick with your S3 is also another option..

Of course wit will work.
Why do you even need something like that? I understand if you go on somewhere far away with no electricity, but why do you need it for daily usage?
Also it is not just about the hardware, if you optimize the software, you will get great battery usage time...
Just root your phone, uninstall all apps that you don't need and install greenify to make the apps sleep that you don't need running in background all the time. I use my HTC M7 like that and get 2 days on battery even though i stream music over bluetooth and use WhatsApp and 9gag very often...

Here is another option;
The Mophie Juice Pack uses a proprietary Impact Isolation System that works like an internal suspension to protect your handset, while at the same time it is making sure that your phone is powered up to handle all of the mobile tasks you need to get done. Mophie is part of Samsung's SMAPP program, consisting of the manufacturer's strategic partners. This means that only Mophie will be offering a battery charging case for the Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge when both phones launch on April 10th. The case for either device will be priced at $99.95 and will be available starting on that date from Mophie's online store, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, Best Buy and other retailers.
I'm going to go out on a limb once my GS6 come
You can get a case with a built in extended battery, carry an external battery that you plug in once in a while, or get an external battery/wireless charger combo like one of these:

Each option has pros/cons, but hopefully one will work for you...
I bought LG v10 At&t but the battery timing is less than I thought, it doesn't even get through the day...
Is there any way to make it right?

Which battery types are compatible with Jiayu S3? Or does it have a battery that is not used in any other device?
So far I have not found any standard battery type which would be compatible with Jiayu S3. Is it really so that this phone has a unique battery type?
I insist on having a phone with a battery that I can replace easily. But it is important that the phone uses a standard battery type - if Jiayu S3 has a unique battery, how long it will be available?
There are many shops in aliexpress.com that sell batteries for Jiayu S3. I bought one Losoncoer battery but it was dead, my phone did not even start to charge it. Then I bought Cuusey battery - it was very tight fit physically but seems to work.
